Great location, staff very welcoming and attentive, nice room, good facilities in the hotel and lovely buffet breakfast.

A good hotel. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The room felt a little tired in comparison to previous Hyatt stays in a different location. I would recommend to family and friends although felt overall it was a bit pricey compared to hotels of the same standard

Lovely hotel. Decent enough location. Check-in took longer than it should have, and there was another lengthy wait to leave my bags with the concierge. Check-out was particularly frustrating, with only one member of staff available. The wait was so long that I left without completing the process. These basic services should be much quicker and better organised.

Superb hotel with club access, best hotel in the UK not just Birmingham. Would stay again, 3rd time so far. Getting the regency suite next month.

Upon check-in we were allocated an Executive Room as we had booked. Unfortunately when we walked into the room it was already occupied! Imagine the embarrassment for both us, and the people in the room. Totally and utterly unacceptable! The hotel rooms also feel very dated. Do yourself a favour and give this one a miss!

Have stayed in many Hyatt hotels around the world and this one exceeded my expectations. Staff excellent, location perfect for ICC, and standards within the hotel high quality. Possibly the best conference hotel in which I have stayed.

I love this hotel.. welcoming environment, high class setting and the staff are always lovely and helpful. A brilliant place for a weekend away.

Friendly staff, everything was easy. Good breakfast and bar area, room was nice, I didnt use the spa just because I didnt have a lot of down time but it looked really nice. The gym is small but did the job for what I needed on this stay.

Central location with beautiful surroundings to host a business event in, staff were welcoming and helpful, rooms were spacious and comfortable, food and drink were of excellent quality.

Well located in the centre of Birmingham with polite and helpful staff. Very modern looking hotel with great spa facilities. Good option if on business or as a hub when traveling for a vacation.

Gore is convenient as a central hotel with a direct link to the ICC. Rooms and food as expected. Staff friendly and well trained. Parking a complete mess. There are spaces for about 20 cars on site. You Ned to factor in parking off site. When we arrived there was no parking available over night in any of the large car parks so ended up paying to park at local Premier Inn 10 minutes walk away. So top tip. Pre book your parking or come by train.

Luxury hotel in prime location for Symphony Hall, Town Hall, centre and train station. Great staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. Connecting corridor to Symphony Hall is great after a concert - no need to go outside.

Clean bedrooms, great spa and bar. The cocktails were lovely. Parking too expensive but convenient if a space is found as on site. The sauna and steam room was good and quiet when we visited.

Wonderful hotel, where the staff are excellent . Special mention to Janelle on reception who couldn't do enough for us. Great spa facilities too. Lovely, large clean rooms. Our favourite hotel in Birmingham, we've been to a few hotels in the city, but after our first visit to the Hyatt Regency we knew we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and well presented, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and professional. One of the highlights of our stay was being allocated a room on one of the higher floors. The views across Birmingham were absolutely fantastic and made the stay even more memorable. Having grown up in the city before moving to Australia, it was quite special looking out across my old hometown. The Regency Club was also a lovely addition and provided a relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring the city. A small tip for future guests: if you can, I'd recommend arriving by taxi, as parking is very limited. We didn't notice any information about alternative parking before arriving. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. We'd just request a room a little further away from the lifts next time. Thank you to everyone at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham for making our stay so enjoyable—we look forward to visiting again.

This is an okay hotel. Although the rooms are lovely and spacious and this is in a great location customer service is not good!

Location is excellent we booked the club room highly recommend as a buffet and drinks served between 530-730 you just help yourself as much or little as you want a good selection of food and drinks on offer and is well worth the extra money especially if you don’t fancy going out also a fantastic view from the club room on floor 22&23 . Make use on the pool and spa facilities pool is fantastic.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time, this is our second stay and we will always choose the Hyatt when staying in Birmingham. The staff are welcoming. The rooms are so clean and the hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is always really good, lots of variety. The use of the spa during the stay is an added bonus, with slippers, gowns and towels provided. Overall a wonderful and relaxing stay.
