Leisure Facilities
Please note children aged 12 years old and above are permitted to use the swimming pool and whirlpool. One adult can be accompanied by a maximum of two children. The pool depth is 1.68 metres with no shallow end. Proof of age may be required. Steam room, sauna and gym are strictly for adults only.
Pet Policy
Bring your canine companion with you to Hyatt Regency Birmingham. Service dogs are always welcome at no charge. Pets must be supervised at all times and must be on a leash in any of our public places or dining & drinking areas.
Fees: Per night £60 per dog with the exception of service dogs, which are exempt from charges.
Weight Limits: We welcome dogs weighing 50 pounds or less and a maximum of two dogs with a combined weight of 75 pounds or less per room.
Rooms
Should guests require decorations for special occasions, please contact our hotel team at +44 121 643 1234 or birmingham.regency@hyatt.com. Please note rooms decorated by guests (including the use of any type of confetti) will incur a professional cleaning services charge of £250 per room, per stay. Confetti of all kinds are not permitted throughout the hotel.

Please note accessible bedrooms cannot be guaranteed unless this has been confirmed in writing by our hotel team prior to the arrival. Smoking Policy
To adhere to UK regulations, our hotel is designated as a completely smoke-free facility, smoking and or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. A fee of £350 for professional cleaning services will be levied on guests who fail to comply with this regulation and smoke or vape inside their rooms.
Rooms Policy
Our rooms and suites have been meticulously designed to provide comfortable accommodations for a maximum of two adults and one child under the age of 12. If your child is 13 years old or older, they will be considered an adult, and an additional room will be required to accommodate them along with an accompanying adult. Additional charges for the second room will apply. Connecting rooms are subject to availability, please get in touch with the hotel directly for further information.
Rooms Access
Please note that for safety reasons, we do not allow external food delivery providers to access guest floors. Staff members are not able to deliver food purchased externally to the rooms either. Deliveries may be picked up from our Ground Floor.

Rates are inclusive of 20% VAT (Value Added Tax).
