Great stay
Our stay at Hyatt Regency started out in the most stressful, difficult way as we left a passport, large amounts of cash in various currencies, other travel documents and valuable items in an Uber taxi at drop off. We realised within few minutes and rushed to reception desk for help. They immediately took complete control of the situation, wasted no time, reassured and supported us through the processes required to elevate the situation with Uber and the police to get this resolved. Under 24 hours later, we have everything back solely due to the work of the staff at Hyatt. The leaders in charge of this whole process - Baldev and Vanshika - made this possible and we are beyond grateful and thankful that we were lucky enough to have such smart, intelligent and proactive people on side. It quite simply would’ve been a different outcome had we not had Baldev and Vanshika with us guiding us through. We also know for sure that if we had stayed anywhere else, we wouldn’t have had this outcome and so to the whole team and to the two individuals who have rescued us out of this situation, we can’t thank you enough. Add to that, having the perfect stay we’ve had and are still having, Hyatt Regency is the best in Ahmedabad and there will be nowhere else we stay in the future. Perfect hotel and staff - can’t ask for more!

Rooms and hotel as expected. Staff training below par and theeefore service below par. Good also below par. Expect more from Hyatt especially staff standards . Don’t rate this as a 5 star for sure . Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hyatt Regency. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Bad experience
Rooms and hotel lobby are not at all 5 star. Rooms feel unhygienic. Very small lobby. Staff was very kind and helpful. Food quality and variety was excellent.

A Hyatt Globalist Review
A Hyatt Globalist Review I had an absolutely amazing 4 day stay with pure luxury in every area. The attention to detail was pretty meticulate. This Property in all honestly made me love the Hyatt program. They really went all out to ensure I had an amazing stay. I really felt pampered. Service was also swift when needed. The Location by the Sabarmati River is really pretty especially with the room having the Waterfront views. As a Globalist, I can say Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad went all out with providing me with the absolute best experience. I genuinely appreciated the complimentary executive suite upgrade with the beautiful river views which made my stay very special, and the 4 p.m. checkout allowed me to relax completely before my flight. I would also like to thank Dharmendra and Adrija who helped me out with arranging the Hotel vehicle for airport dropoff as I was unable to book an Uber due to the Strike that day. They went above and beyond and helped me with the urgent situation. The hotel features an excellent gym with a wide range of equipment. I also used the Sauna during my time which was also good. The room also was pretty modern and even had ana amazing bathtub. The Room itself was very spacious and comfortable. The turn down service was excellent. Everything was clean and housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining my room. They even offered me complimentary snacks and fruits available in room. The cookies were pretty tasty. I highly recommend booking a room with Grand Lounge access as the happy hour was another highlight. During my stay the club lounge was being renovated, and the happy hour was offered at Tinello the Appetizers served were unique on a day-to-day basis and pretty excellent spread offered. I also had some excellent espresso and even Indian Masala Tea. I had a pretty relaxing stay, and my expectations were surpassed with every metric. Dining Highlights: • Breakfast at Tinello: They had an extensive spread with also parathas, dosa, egg preparations made ala carte form. They also had a good amount of authentic Gujrati food on menu during breakfast; they also had some Indochinese options. Highly Recommend Trying everything offered. Juices were excellent as well and even had a good amount of salad options. Waffles and pancakes were also another highlight. Regarding their Dinner Menu -Highly recommend the Arrabiata Pasta and their Lasagna • Club Lounge/Tinello: They had a constant rotation of tikkas, sandwiches, desserts and fruits. I highly recommend asking for masala chai as it was one of the best I had. Also enjoyed their espresso. Service was pretty amazing here as well. I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout my stay. Great Experience
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Hospitality & Outstanding Breakfast I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad. From the reception team to the staff at Café Tinello, the hospitality was genuinely warm, attentive and exceptional. The dinner buffet was excellent, but the breakfast was the real highlight. Coming from the UK and being vegetarian, hotel breakfasts can often be limited to toast, baked beans, cheese and cereals. At Hyatt Regency, I was amazed by the variety — North Indian, South Indian, continental, cereals, fresh options and excellent black coffee. It was easily one of the most enjoyable and complete hotel breakfasts I’ve experienced. A special thank you to Mayuri, Adrija and the entire Café Tinello team for being so kind, welcoming and supportive throughout. Great food makes a good hotel, but great people make it memorable — and this team certainly did. Thank you Hyatt Regency Team.
