Great hotel, amazing staff
Exceptional experience from start to finish! The staff—especially Mohammed at the front desk, Hamid, Avish Sawant, Khadijah, Dhiraj, Lamis, Yameen, Moka from housekeeping and Chef Jagat and Ramin for breakfest and dinner —were absolutely wonderful and truly a credit to the hotel. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality made me feel very welcome and well looked after throughout my stay, as always. From the moment I arrived, every detail was handled with care and attention, making me feel like a valued guest. The hotel has a beautiful sense of elegance and is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The peaceful surroundings and scenic atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax and unwind. I was particularly impressed with the spacious room and the quality of the amenities and finishing touches. Overall, a fantastic stay and one I would happily recommend. I look forward to returning!

Dear Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights Team, I would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful experience I had during my stay on September 8, 2026. The night I spent at your hotel was truly one of the most enjoyable stays I have ever had. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the exceptional cleanliness and beautiful room arrangement to the warm and welcoming service from the reception team. I was also genuinely grateful for the complimentary room upgrade. As a loyal Hyatt guest, I truly appreciate being recognized and treated with such kindness and generosity. The level of attention to detail and hospitality throughout my stay made the experience even more special. It was honestly better than I expected, and I left with a very positive impression of the hotel and the entire team. Thank you once again for making my stay so memorable. Great Stay at Hyatt Regency Creek Heights
had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Regency Creek Heights. The hotel is well located in Healthcare City, making it convenient while still feeling peaceful and away from the crowds. One of the things I appreciated most was that the hotel wasn't overcrowded or overly busy, which made the stay feel relaxed and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious and conveniently located hotel in Dubai. I would happily stay here again.
