Very nice breakfast
This was a very nice hotel at a reasonable price. We appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport. The breakfast was wonderful.

Very nice hotel
Very clean hotel. The room was spacious and quiet. All staff were extremely helpful. The restaurant had a good menu and the food was excellent. Most importantly, the shuttle was on time for our early airport run.

Nice stay!
A big room and great location near the airport and lots of paid parking lot. The bed is comfortable and room equipments are modern and perfectly worked. The bathroom is spacious.

Great Amsterdam airport hotel!
This hotel is a fabulous option if you have an early flight from Amsterdam. The rooms are very comfortable, nice products for hair/body care. There is a free shuttle to the hotel and back to the airport. Very nice staff who aim to please.

A Rough Start, but Great Service Turned Things Around
Update 9/22: Front Office Manager Louis reached out to us and offered a solution to address the issues we experienced. Thanks to his help, our whole family was able to enjoy breakfast together on the last day of our stay, which was a nice way to end the trip. I really appreciate how Louis and the hotel handled the situation in the end. World of Hyatt continues to be one of my favorite hotel loyalty programs—they have always taken good care of me and have never let me down. ⸻ I combined two free-night certificates with points for a three-night stay. The hotel itself is nice, and we appreciated being upgraded to a Deluxe Room. Unfortunately, we found a silverfish on the pillow, and it appeared there might have been more than one 😵. I reported it to the Assistant Manager, Louis, who arranged another room for us. We packed everything and hurried to the second room, only to discover that the key card didn’t work. We had to return all the way to the lobby. Louis then offered us a third room, essentially the same type of room on a different floor. Thankfully, the key worked this time, but by then everyone was exhausted 😩. Later, when I tried to leave the hotel, the parking gate wouldn’t respond to my key card. Once again, I had to return to the lobby to have it fixed. In total, I had to go back to the front desk four times because of different issues. I understand that the hotel was probably busy, and Louis did his best to help us. However, finding insects on the pillow, changing rooms multiple times, dealing with key-card problems, and then having trouble with the parking gate made the stay much more stressful and exhausting than expected. The hotel itself is good, and although we encountered several frustrating issues, I appreciate that Louis followed up and made an effort to turn the experience around before we left.

Not going to stay again.
They do not provide housekeeping services unless you “request” it and they don’t tell you beforehand that you have to request it.

Clean hotel
Very clean. Good experience for the money. Shuttle does not leave early enough for the airport in the morning. If you have an early flight you will need a taxi.

Not your standard airport hotel
Efficient, courteous staff and very clean, comfortable room. I was anticipating a standard airport hotel stay and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent space and customer service I experienced. I will recommend to friends and family.

Hyatt Amsterdam Airport
Our family had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt in Amsterdam. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and we were impressed by the overall comfort and quality of the accommodations. One of the biggest advantages was its convenient location close to the airport, making travel to and from the hotel easy and stress-free. Would Totallly Stay Again
Easy, free shuttle from the airport, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was the best I had in over 2 weeks of travel.

Free airport shuttle. Hotel is Comfortable beds, large shower, easy checkout. Worked prrfect for us prior 2 flying home

Scammed at the bar
Be aware of a price scam at the bar. The say the "menu is old" and overcharge massively. When paying they dont show the payment amount and they toss the reciept. Only by chance I saw that the bank charge was quite high, and I had to call the manager to get any refund. Even the manager was not happy to help. By Dutch law the price in the menu is binding. It does not matter what the till does. It does not matter the "menu is old". Demand a refund if paid more than the price on the menu.

Family stay.
Spacious, clean and comfortable. Ideal for families. Shuttle service was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Love the bathroom and comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly.

Outstanding.
Very nice and clean hotel, room was perfect. Breakfast was very ample, lots of choices especially for children. Will be back there for certain.

Basic airport hotel
Basic airport hotel with a convenient 10-min shuttle. Clean, large room lacking amenities. Ok for one night stay if one is catching a flight the next morning.

Wonderful Property with Amazing People
We had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport on the tail end of our vacation. We had cruised out of Rotterdam thr week prior and had one more night in Amsterdam before our flight home the next day. We couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our needs. The Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is a convenient, well-appointed hotel with gorgeous and spacious rooms with incredibly tall ceilings that make the rooms feel even bigger than they already are! The property doesn't have a pool, but has an airport shuttle, onsite bar and restaurant, which are all desirable amenities for travelers. The airport shuttle is free if you have any kind of status with Hyatt; otherwise I believe it costs about €8.50. There's not much in the way of dining within walking distance of the property and we were too worn out to want to Uber or walk to the bus terminal to go hunting, so we decided to "settle" for eating dinner in the on-site restaurant. We were completely wrong about our expectations because it ended up being a fantastic meal and fun overall experience! We ordered an appetizer sampler and a pizza and everything was so hot and delicious! The restaurant staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great time and we couldn't have been more grateful. What started as a "just check the box and eat" scenario became a highlight of our trip, made particularly special by the young lady working in the restaurant (people always make the difference!). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when we are in the area.

Good Hotel near Schipol Airport
We had a short one night stay at Hyatt Place near the airport before checking-in to our hotel in the city center. Airport shuttle pick-up service was efficient and we got a good quiet room (though there were no toiletries). Hotel interiors felt new and modern. Breakfast spread was fresh, delicious with multiple options. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it if anyone looking for a stay near airport.
