Cozy and comfortable overnight stay
Cozy and comfortable rooms. It was clean and I felt well rested the next day. Staff was polite and welcoming :) I would definitely stay there, again!

Wonderfully accessible pleasant place
We had a wonderful stay at the Windsor location. We had the accessible room with roll in shower and the size of the room was outstanding! Plenty of room for the wheelchair to move around and the automated door to enter and exit the room was such a bonus for getting in and out when your hands are full. Loved the floor to ceiling window overlooking the road which blocked out the traffic noise. The staff was amazing and we definitely recommend it.

Brand new and sparkling clean property.
Seamless experience. Way better than the competition around Huron Church. Clean and neat, first-class bedding, great Wi-Fi and TV connectivity.

Nice hotel to stay

Best hotel ever.
Best hotel stay I have ever had.hotel room decor and architecture is one of the best.I hope and wish that I have similar experience in other hotels as well.

Great
Our check in was smooth. Our room was very clean, the food we had was very good (and we are quite particular) but most of all the woman at the front desk was great! She went above and beyond expectations!! The breakfast the next day was wonderful as well with a very happy lady who took great care of everyone!!

nice clean hotel
super clean hotel, comfy beds & staff are amazing. parking tough if you get to hotel later in the day / evening. I recommend

Great stay!
Hotel was clean and staff were very nice. Only downside is its on a busy street where at night you can hear many trucks on the road. If youre a light sleeper this may be an issue

Ontario track & Field championship
Front desk Staff tried very hard to assist us with revolving lighting concerns in kitchenette room. There is currently no lights in kitchenette area.

Home when home wasn’t available
We had unfortunately suffered a fire at our home. We needed a hotel that would be comfortable, accepted pets and that was a short drive from our home as it was reconstructed. My friend took me to a couple hotels to have a look before we decided to stay. Our first impression was how bright and cheerful the building looked. The staff was friendly and toured us to the rooms. We decided right away to stay at this hotel. It was a very good choice. We were there nearly 6 months. It became home. If we needed anything we called front desk or went down to ask, however every time they brought what we needed right to our room. And very quickly. Everyone greeted us every day with smiles and a little chit chat. The breakfast food was great and nice to have available. We made use of the on site washer and dryer frequently. Overall Hyatt Windsor offers a beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. I highly recommend staying here

Not Again!
When you consider taking a room overnight the purpose is to get a good night's rest. Sure, the amenities can be great, and everything clean and attractive, but if the stated purpose is not met, this was not a good choice. Such was our visit. Everything was clean and attractive. The staff and breakfast were fine. But the mattresses must have been left over from the 1960's. They creaked and groaned more than I did when I tried to get out of that same hollowed-out bowl I'd been TRYING to sleep in. This was our second visit to this establishment. The first time, back in April, the sink flooded the bathroom. Now this with the beds. No thanks. There won't be a third visit. We'll take our chances somewhere else.

Great rooms and comfy beds
Rooms were very nice and spacious and beds were very comfortable. They only clean rooms every 3 days …. Which seems to be taking advantage of groups that stay for weekends…. Rates should be lower if no service is offered. Who stays more than 3 nights???? On a regular basis.

We also appreciate your comments regarding housekeeping. While our standard service schedule is every other day, which does mean if you are there for 3 nights, housekeeping will come in once. Guests are always welcome to ask for daily housekeeping or request anything at any time during their stay. Thank you again for sharing your experience. Very affordable for a 10 star hotel
Beds were beyond comfortable, view of the sunset was indescribable. Food from The Placery was delicious - we ordered the same thing twice it was so good. Extremely close to everything. Staff were amazing and went out of their way to understand your needs. Clean and just the right size.

Very nice stay. The location is perfect. The beds were soft and the room was comfortable. The hotel overall was very clean and well maintained.

Nice hotel
Location was perfect. Close to all amenities. Pool was a nice temperature. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a typical buffet lots for everyone except pays no attention to food allergies. Gluten allergy ate and apple and orange for breakfast. If you stay here ask for a room not on the main road side. Trucks going by all hours of the night. Not the best sleep

Amazing Hotel
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of room to relax. What really stood out, though, was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel welcoming from start to finish. The breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of fresh and delicious options to start the day. On top of that, the free parking was a huge bonus and made everything much more convenient. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value with great amenities and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
