A great location with super helpful staff nothing to much trouble, looks to have been updated but lacked a safe for overseas travelers passports and the everyother day house keeping is not the reson we stay in hotels. Pity corperate greed I guess using the enviromental excuse as a way to cut costs.

Good experience
Good experience. Delivers exactly as promised. Room was great size, amenities in the room were perfect. They offer restaurant guides and a list of restaurants that deliver to the location.

Excellent stay!
The staff was friendly, check in easy. The size and cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations, and the breakfast was outstanding. Convenient location that felt safe. They do charge $10 to park in their lot which felt a little weird, but it’s not that big a deal. We will definitely stay there again when we’re in the area.

Great place to stay
rooms are always ready and customer service is 10/10 . Breakfast ladies have food ready early and dining room is spotless. Check in /out id flawless and everyone working front desk are very efficient

Great Hub to travel to both east or west destinations.
The Hyatt Place while not the upscale experience you expect from a traditional Hyatt met all our needs at an affordable price. The self serve breakfast was exceptional and staff kept the offerings well stocked. We would select this location again if traveling to the Lakeland, Florida area in the future. It was convenient to the interstate and downtown. We used the Hyatt Place as a hub to travel both east and west across the state which worked out well.

Let me tell you, I wish I remembered the guys name at check in. He was so sweet, so cute, so funny. He was heaven sent. I was feeling very discouraged about this trip through bad weather to purchase a transit van with wheel chair capability with no plans to stay overnight. He was a customer service comedian and A reminder that no matter how stormy life gets, as sure as the sun will rise again, there is reason to smile in the midst of the rain. We had no extra clothing but the staff pointed us to the closest store and laundry mat. I stayed up looking online for Ford Transits or similar all night. I accidently forgot to get the kids up for breakfast and needed to find a laundry mat to dry their clothing I hand washed. When I tell you the staff already had the laundry mat info on hand and gave me an extra hour to run and take care of things and find breakfast for the kids. I just really appreciate the ladies that morning. Maybe I'll find myself in that city again one day and can enjoy the breakfast the next time. My little one wanted to get in the pool, but we simply had no time. I had to get the rental back. Any how, thanks for everything, ya'll were a blessing. It take a village at times to get through things. They were great village care takers :)

Great last minute stay
When dropping my daughter off to college, the air conditioning in our AirBnb was not working. I was able to book the Hyatt Place Lakeland for a very affordable price and move over immediately. The Hyatt is located right next to the RP Funding center, thus also close to SEU, Florida Southern. and downtown Lakeland. The room was clean, very spacious and the air conditioning was great! I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful and great location
Had a wonderful experience with this hotel stay. Very clean and the king room was spacious. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect for walking over to the RP Funding Arena and the breakfast provided was a wonderful perk as well. If I ever get the chance, I will stay here again.

Pleasant stay
My all over experience was very good. The staff was awesome. Whatever problem I had they accommodated and helped. The place was very clean. The area was nice. The weight room was nice all over. You have a great hotel. Thank you for Being so good to us, especially at one of our hardest times we really appreciate you guys we will return and I’m gonna tell everybody about you guys. Clean and quiet
Had a softball tournament over the weekend and needed a place to stay Saturday night. Hotel was clean and quiet. Room was quite large, which would have been even nicer if I was staying longer. No issues with anything. Will definitely be back.

Best Hotel Experience Ever
Great location Minutes from Local Lakeland airport. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Great customer Service. Easy check in and check out. Plenty of parking.

Nice stay in Lakeland
The stay was overall enjoyable. The guest services woman also brought me bowls and a spoon for my soups since it was a rainy day!

Convention stay

Overnight stay okay
Good breakfast. Located next to conference center. $10 parking fee for outside parking. Large room with couch, microwave, coffee machine, and refrigerator.

Great Hotel Stay for Business Purposes
Great location in the heart of the city. plenty of local restaurants' and easy to get around. For business travel, it is a convenient location when traveling between Tampa and Orlando.

Disappointing
Room smelled bad and was horribly humid. Charged for parking, but parking was not readily available . $300 per night for uncomfortable accommodations.

Awesomeness and great people! I messed up the date to arrive and they fixed it for me with zero problems, sweet staff! Clean room and comfy bed, hot water for shower and easy to relax.

Amazing place to stay.
It was a great experience. The room was clean, I received a package with some snacks and water; I really enjoyed the time I spent there. The receptionist desk was gentle and fast. The breakfast was amazing. Thank you so much. I definitely will be there again, and I recommend.

It's Mid
For the price paid, I anticipated a more upscale mid-level hotel. While the location is prime and conveniently situated near most of Lakeland’s amenities, the hotel requires some renovation. An unpleasant odor reminiscent of copper pennies permeated the air. Additionally, the elevator appeared to be nearing the end of its operational life, as evidenced by the absence of plastic covering the panel buttons on the first floor, despite its recent servicing. Even acknowledging the servicing, it seemed necessary to schedule another maintenance check. Although the hotel itself was not at fault, the situation presented significant inconvenience during my travels with children. I arrived late and had to depart early, as the city had shut off the water at 10 PM that evening until 2 AM the following morning. Furthermore, the breakfast offered by this Hyatt was below the expected standard, with some items not being at the desired temperature. Despite the friendly staff, I found it peculiar that they continued cleaning the hotel throughout the day. From check-in at 5 PM, I observed cleaning personnel on my floor until 11 PM at night. The reasons behind this staffing arrangement remain unclear, but it did not align with the reputation of the Hyatt brand. As a yearly traveler to Lakeland for an event, I will not be utilizing this hotel again.
