Pet Policy

Hyatt Place Lakeland Center welcomes up to two dogs per room with a $100 nonrefundable pet fee per stay. An additional $100 cleaning fee applies to stays of seven nights to 30 nights. For guests wishing to stay longer than 30 nights, a $100 nonrefundable pet fee and an additional $200 cleaning fee applies. Only dogs weighing up to 50 pounds individually or 75 pounds combined are permitted. All pets must be housebroken. An emergency phone number must be provided. Fees are inclusive of tax. *We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy.
