I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I had an issue with my reservation through a third-party booking website, and the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful in resolving the issue. They went out of their way to assist me and made sure everything was taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly made a difference. I really appreciate their outstanding customer service and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience!

We have stayed frequently at the Hyatt Place St. Louis/Chesterfield. We feel like it is almost a second home. There are amenities which the entire family appreciates. The facility is immaculate, the staff all are pleasant, friendly, and helpful. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Friendly accommodating staff and well managed organization. Morning Breakfast was amazing, very well staffed they never allowed anything to go empty. Best complimentary Breakfast that I have benefited from. Compliments to the staff and management for setting a high bar!

I would definitely stay at the Hyatt in Chesterfield again. Very clean, staff friendly, easy in and out process, decent breakfast.

This is a clean, comfortable hotel that is good for staying a night or two. It is in a great location in Chesterfield, Missouri. It is near many restaurants and activities. The staff are friendly and helpful.

After driving a long day with our small dog, we arrived at the Hyatt. Upon check in I looked at the initial room and the location did not work with our pup. I asked to switch and without hesitation they searched for a new room that worked out perfectly!

Best place to stay for any kind of trip! Very clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is great well. 100% recommend staying here. We seek out Hyatt Place when we travel knowing it's gonna meet our expectations!!

This is a great hotel. Slept great in their bed. Loved their breakfast, especially the Oatmeal and their fixings. The staff were very attentive, especially during breakfast.

Great overall experience at this hotel. Room was clean and will appointed. Nice centralized location for our trip. The complimentary breakfast head a variety of options and was tasty. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The only negative point I had was that the bathroom had a glass door which offered little to no privacy while in the bathroom. This is the second high-end hotel I've stayed in over the last few months that seem to think sharing the bathroom experience with others in the room is a good thing - but it's not.

Exceptionally clean property with great staff. Stayed here twice in the last two weeks. I was particularly impressed by how attentive the entire staff team was during breakfast.

Nice big room with a comfy bed and good shower. The min-fridge was a nice touch to store drinks during the week. also, the free underground car park was a pleasant bonus.

Great area of town and close to shopping. Nice rooms in an updated Hyatt. Beds were comfortable. Bonus to have the free breakfast and parking garage access next to the elevators. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the St. Louis area.

We stay in a LOT of similar hotels with our sports teams, but this one stood out as being a cut above. Our room was fresh; the staff was very accommodating upon check-in and throughout our stay. The hotel was very close to many restaurants and attractions. We would stay here again without hesitation. Clean rooms, Friendly staff, Great location. Check, check, and check.
