Nice location to stay at. Very clean and newly remodeled. Lacking gluten free signage and gluten free options. Breakfast was otherwise good

Definitely not a place to expect relaxation and / or top notch customer service. Plumbing was abruptly shut off with no notice at 10 in morning. Not an odd time. Imagine being in shower and then poof no water. Staff had no real reaction other than to have us change rooms. Poor handling. Hall had fans to dry something up. Reviews stated it had been recently renovated. Not sure how much by what we experienced.

Our stay at the Hyatt Place was perfect for our needs. They allowed us to check in hours earlier than expected, and held onto our bags after our checkout until we needed to shuttle back to the airport. The convenience of the airport shuttle and free breakfast were huge perks as well. We’ll be back to this hotel if we ever need to stay near SRQ again.

Very short but pleasant stay dropping off my daughter at school! Nice and close to airport, staff were friendly and couldn't ask for anything more.

Need to provide better customer services, especially to Hyatt members. Breakfast was a mess. Need improvements for Hyatt member welcome.

I wouldn't stay this property. Bad customer service and poor maintenance of the property. Bed sheets were stinks and breakfast quality were horrible.

very good i enjohyed my stay for 2 nights. Room was big, bed was comfortable, shower had everything it needed since they took my shower gel at the baggage check so overall it was good

Very pleasnt experience start to finish. The hotel was clean and comfortable . The breakfast choices were able and the qualtiy was evident.

As soon as I entered the lobby, I noticed a strong bad smell. The place was dirty, the breakfast area was dirty, and the hotel as a whole smells bad and feels filthy. The mattress is the cheapest and worst mattress I’ve ever slept on in my life. The scrambled eggs at breakfast looked like rubbery plastic made in a microwave. The only good things about this hotel are the location and the shower — they finally installed a normal shower with good water pressure.

Fantastic location close to airport and bus stop too. Wonderful amenities. Super friendly staff! Robust breakfast too.

Clean hotel...complete breakfast...good location... Fair price. Rooms spacious and had a comfortable bed. Hotel was quiet for sleep.

It was definitely the worst place I've stayed at, this wasn't it, sink was clogged up, Dog constantly barking the next room over, no v ventilation in the bathroom. Terrible customer service.

wonderful, clean rooms. very close to everything. across from airport, never heard an airplane. staff was very friendly and efficient. Pool area was lovely. rooms were large and updated.

Nothing worked room dirty , phone in room didn’t work. Thermostats didn’t work. They were very understaffed. The staff is great i feel bad for them. People were waiting to check in while staff is trying to to make food for another guest. The pool and spa were heated well.

Poor quality of rooms - paper thin walls and gaping door made for a noisy stay. The pull out bed was very dirty. Food selection was very limited and of poor taste. Staff was not friendly and the housekeeping entered my room three times before even close to checkout. It is also not close to anything other than the airport.

Right across from the airport in a convenient location. Limited parking if coming later at night. Staff very friendly and helpful at check in. Water bottles offered, snacks offered and late check out offered as Hyatt member. The rooms are outdated and need a refresh. Bathrooms are old and shower heads looked mold covered. Rooms are outfitted well with refrigerator, microwave, large TV, sitting area. Good noise insulation.

Pros: Good location. Helpful staff. Comfortable, clean building. Nice pool, hottub, outdoor rec area. Free parking. Quality breakfast. Good points value for booking. Cons: breakfast ended sometimes earlier than stated, non-dairy option for milk was only almond (not good for coffee -- oat is best), towels & tissues & body wash were missing so I had to call the front desk to ask for these. A smoker by the pool (i had to ask staff to make them stop since they dont proactively monitor/police), ev car charging is not free. hotel shuttle to airport wasn't staffed enough (not hotel staff's fault) so they had to call me an uber which sadly took a long time (uber's fault). A hair or two in my towel (clean/new) I noticed as well -- hair nets maybe not worn by cleaning crew.

Hotel was nice with a good location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very disappointing. We were at the hotel for 4 nights. Ran out of food early and often. 2 staff members couldn't keep up. We went shopping at Walmart to have our own breakfast food and brought in from McDonalds. We expect more from a Hyatt.

Location is great for airport access, but the customer service at check in was very poor. Not a good reflection on Hyatt.
