With 2,000 total square feet spanning four meeting rooms, our event space provides versatile room configurations, audiovisual equipment, delicious catering options and helpful on-site event staff. To keep your wedding party together, we also offer room block options. Host a small celebration in our beautiful sunroom or a business retreat in our largest space that accommodates up to 60 attendees.

Small corporate and executive meetings and even training classes can lead to big ideas at Hyatt Place. We’ve designed a different kind of hotel to help you bring people together in fresh ways. Our all-inclusive meeting package provides convenience while adding style and service to your meeting. Hyatt Place Sarasota/Bradenton Airport offers two unique event spaces in addition to an outdoor pool patio, a separate dining space and a gallery. Event Space One and Event Space Two offer a combined total of 900 square feet of function space or 450 square feet individually. Event Space One and Event Space Two can each accommodate up to 40 guests theatre style (80 guests combined), up to 48 guests banquet style and up to 50 guests classroom style. The Sun Room, adjacent to our Guest Kitchen, is the perfect location for a group meal or can comfortably accommodate a small meeting of less than 25 guests. At Hyatt Place Sarasota/Bradenton Airport, all indoor meeting spaces provide complimentary wireless internet. Event Space One features a 42” flat-panel HDTV, drop down screen, and LCD projector. Additional audio-visual equipment is available for rental. Hyatt Place is also pleased to provide meeting attendees with complimentary notepads and pens. During group meal functions, guests can enjoy our continental breakfast, complimentary for hotel guests, or dine from our catering menus, serving anything from a hot breakfast buffet, to deli sandwiches for lunch, to fajitas for dinner. Our food and beverage choices can be served in Event Space One or Two as well as in the Sun Room. Attendees may also enjoy cocktail hour on our outdoor pool patio or inside our Bakery Café. You’ll feel more than welcome with spacious guestrooms featuring the plush Hyatt Grand Bed®, a 42” flat-panel HDTV and the Cozy Corner sectional sofa-sleeper. Making reservations for your group has never been easier. We offer an exclusive online group booking page, featuring your personalized welcome message, group rate information and a custom reservation tool for guests to book their reservations.
