Needs maintenance
Only complaint is that the room needs some strong maintenance refresh. Many items broken or missing. Overall cleanliness was good. Check in experience wasn’t the best but had a good check out experience when we provided our feedback.
Pet lover’s favorite 🐶
Such a welcoming hotel! Love the pet photos and pet friendliness of this hotel! Always my first choice when visiting the area!

Great stay
Great staff, clean, good location and close to trails, close to Main Street, coffee place next door, breakfast was terrific and so was staff.

Good, but a couple of issues
We had a couple of issues: First, the kitchen had a difficult time keeping the coffee urn filled at breakfast. I suspect that the kitchen folks were not monitoring it. Second, I was at the bar and had to wait a while to be helped. Apparently, the desk clerk was also the bartender. Short staffing issues?

Great weekend get away!
Great little spot and helpful employees. Everything was as expected and up to what I’d expect from a Hyatt! I was surprised the breakfast wasn’t included with our rate!

Great stay
The staff were super friendly and made everything feel easy from the moment I checked in. My room was really clean, which I appreciated, and I loved that they had a robe waiting. The location was great too, close to everything I wanted to get to without any hassle. Overall, it was a smooth, comfy stay and I’d definitely come back.

Will definitely stay again
The room was spacious and clean. The TV had connection inputs facing towards you instead of in the back, making it easy to connect your personal devices. The pool and hot tub were really nice. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of variety.

Hyatt Park City - Enjoyed Very Much
Excellent location. Very nice rooms, pool and hot tub very nice. Parking area is good. Rooms are easy to access via stairs or elevator. Enjoyed our stay.

P.O.R.N on the TV
Overall it was a 4/10 experience. We were flipping through the channels at night we came across VERY explicit titles. If we would've clicked on them DirectTV would've been showing P.O.R.N!!! Good thing there weren't kids flipping through. When we told someone that night he acted like he didn't care and just brushed it of, seemed like his shift was ending soon and he didn't care enough to do something about it and he was just going to let us tell someone else and have it be their problem. When we told someone in the morning he acted very very sorry and said that he would add 10,000 points to our account but those never showed up. Not sure if it takes time to process or what but at this point I appreciate his sympathy but it feels like broken promises. I also thought there was free breakfast, but upon, arrival I fount out there wasn't but I think that was due to my own lack of research. But yeah, overall not a great stay. Beautiful location though.

Our system offers standard cable programming, which may include rated R movies; however, we understand how seeing certain titles could be concerning, especially when traveling with family. For added peace of mind, each guestroom does offer parental control features, including the ability to lock channels. We’re also very sorry to hear about your interaction with our team. The level of attentiveness you described does not reflect our service standards, and we are addressing this internally to ensure all guest concerns are handled with urgency and care. Absolutely exceptional. The team at Hyatt House in Park City is quite simply the most wonderful service I have received in this lifetime. Comfortable beds, spotless, nice hot breakfast, perfect temperature, and great outdoor pool on top of that!

Great stay!
Everything was clean and super nice. We felt welcome and looked after well . The hotel was not too far from downtown so was convenient.

A Fantastic First Stay in Park City
This was our first time visiting Park City, and it was absolutely beautiful - well worth the trip. I always appreciate when a Hyatt Place delivers the great quality I expect, and this one goes a step beyond. The Park City Hyatt Place really is that good. The customer service was excellent, the breakfast area was especially nice with some extra food options, and having access to bikes was a great bonus for exploring the area. It all added up to a stay that felt easy, comfortable, and a little elevated. I will definitely be going back.

Affordable stay at a convenient location
Convenient location close to canyons. Good more affordable food options in Kimball junction area. Clean, room enough for a family. Reasonable rates given the expensive area. Nighttime hor deurves were great but there was a bit of a wait for them to reload when things ran out.

Dog poop in my room
There was dog poop in my room when I checked in and they took over an hour to show up to clean it up. Then they tried to vacuum dog poop on a carpet. Just a complete disaster. The general manager was rude throughout the ordeal. Imagine arriving after a long flight with a 4 year old and your room have dog poop in it and then the staff is rude.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the room upon your arrival and for the frustration this situation caused — especially after traveling with a young child. That is certainly not the first impression we want any of our guests to have. Immediately after your concern was brought to our attention, our team responded to inspect and address the issue. Upon inspection by both our General Manager and Assistant General Manager, the substance in question was determined not to be pet waste, but rather crumbs from a chocolate muffin that had not been properly removed during housekeeping service. Regardless, the room was promptly cleaned and re-sanitized. We regret that the situation felt prolonged or uncomfortable in any way. As a gesture of apology for the inconvenience, we adjusted your stay by 50%. Cleanliness and guest care are extremely important to us, and we have used this as an opportunity to reinforce our housekeeping inspection procedures to ensure this does not happen again. We truly value our guests’ comfort and appreciate the opportunity to improve. We wish you safe and pleasant travels ahead.
Shuttle to Canyons and Park City and Amazing Staff
I feel like we get the best value from staying here since there's a free shuttle to Canyons and Park City resorts. The staff did a great job making us feel welcome. There were hot beverages in stock at all times. Our rooms were always made up clean everyday. It's a wonderful place to stay. The hot tub was not as hot as I wanted it to be, but that's my only minor complaint.

Lovely one night stay as expected.
We stayed here one night before moving on to another Hyatt property. Clean hotel, great location, friendly staff. I would come back for sure!

Amazing property and close location- book now!!
Amazing location and experience. Book direct to get all Hyatt benefits and points. The staff is world class and always helpful! Rooms are large and you are close to resort (canyons). The breakfast has tons of healthy options and it starts early. Evenings are great with the music and food out for guests. Overall best experience had! Thanks for a wonderful stay and taking care of us.

The staff stands out at an already great hotel.
The hotel rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The amenities (primarily the gym, hot tub and breakfast bar) were really great. The staff was truly the best part of the stay, I've never seen such a kind, generous and friendly staff at every single position throughout the hotel.

Ski trip
Low occupancy impacts the breakfast offerings and shuttle service. Nice hotel. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

Clean, quiet, great location
Clean hotel with large rooms, nice amenities, and helpful staff. It was very close to Park City Mountain Resort which made our commute to skiing every day very quick! They have a Ski rental shop directly inside the hotel, which was also very convenient for us. Pool and hot tub were clean and quiet, but not "full" which meant you had to slouch down in the hot tub to stay warm (it was snowing outside while we were relaxing our bodies after skiing, so needed to stay as warm as possible)! Breakfast was okay--fine if it had been a complimentary breakfast, but after paying for it one morning, we decided to eat out the rest of the stay. Overall a very nice hotel that I would return to! Tip: if you plan to do laundry ask to stay in the main building, otherwise you have to walk between buildings.
