Easy work commute Silicon Valley
Great stay that was close to work.I would recommend the location to colleagues for future visits. Appreciate the morning breakfast.
Motel 6 Experience at the Hyatt Price
Get the Motel 6 experience at the Hyatt price. Nothing at all good about this place. Look at any aspect and it was not great.
Consider Other Nearby Hotels
Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and all three nights the air conditioner was not working. I followed up with management and was told that a third party company would be onsite to repair on the day of my checkout and was offered a fan and 3k hyatt points for the inconvenience. I kid you not when I say it was extremely hot in the room to the point that i wanted to open the door and let the hallway air come in since the ac was working in the hallway. Also the breakfast was inconsistent. Friday morning, we showed up 30 min before and the food was being replenished up to closing time. Saturday morning, we showed up an hour before and it looked like there were only scraps and crumbs along with frustrated people who waited 15+ minutes only for small amounts of food to come at a snail's pace. This stay was extremely disappointing for me since 1) I stay at multiple Hyatt properties per year as an Explorist member and this hotel is a more modern hotel compared to other Hyatt Places, 2) we stayed here before during Christmas time and our experience was very pleasant. I will reconsider staying here when in the area and check out the surrounding Marriott and Hilton properties. Advice to management: take care of your guests and "authorize" better consolations for something as important as AC especially during the hot summer months.
No room ready at 6pm and disrespectful service recovery
The room wasn't ready at 6 PM for an infant and grandmother, and management tried to buy us off with a cheap point gesture, telling us 'at least we got to sleep in the bed!' Terrible leadership.
Amazing stay , great location !
We stayed for two nights . Clean , well appointed room . The staff was superb .Location was excellent, best restaurants and shopping . I would stay here again . Highly recommend!
Please dont stay here
Broken shades in room that were fixed for 2days and my room was directly in front of a police surveillance tower, housekeeping didnt not clean my room, and the front desk did not advise that they skip certain days, the toilet backed up 2x. It was fixed once and backed up again, and the entire bathroom smelled of sewage. I had to use the bathroom in the gym, and shower at wrk bc the bathroom in the room smelled so bad.

Great place to stay
We were there for Softball. Everyone was very nice. We were welcomed by the front staff and checked in promptly with no issues. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff very nice. I would staff there again.

Highly recommended
Excellent service from staff, room is clean and big space in the room and bathroom. Hardwood floor is nice. Even if room is along freeway, not able to hear any outside noise. Will come back.

Have a lovely 3 days stay in this hotel. Quiet at night, good breakfast with wide variety, fast elevator and cleanlines from the lobby to the room.

Typical Hyatt Place Experience
The location is convenient located beside the 880 freeway. It was sufficiently close to San Jose without having to suffer the price gauging of the main stay San Jose hotels. Yes, I am looking at you Hyatt House San Jose. The additional 20 minute to get to the heart of San Jose in the morning was well worth saving over $200 a night at this location. While I get to choose which hotel I stay at for business, I do have an annual travel budget I have to curate so I can't blow it in all in Q1 without considering the rest of the year. I try to stay in Hyatt as I am a loyalist but it is getting harder and harder to justify as pricing tends to be higher at Hyatts.

My Superbowl stay at the Fremont/Silicon Hotel in California
We came down for the Superbowl. The room, the service, the shuttle bus to the stadium and back, the morning breakfast and the hosts.....everything was great. I will recommend all my friends and family to your Hotel. Thanks for the great experience. And I didn't get my gas siphoned out of my jeep like I did at my over night stay at the La Quinta in Redding California...lol.

not as expected experience
no complimentary water for 1st check in; was told to get water from dispenser. only allow an hour late check out, and asked to pay for just an hour extra.

Affordable, Clean, and Friendly Atmosphere
Our stay at the Hyatt Place was nice. It was close to a main highway. Check-in was quick and easy. The staff were always friendly greeting us in the morning and when we went out for the day. The breakfast was great with common staples such as croissants, bagels, donut holes, steel-cut oats (with a variety of toppings), and the main course varied daily but always had a form of eggs, either bacon or sausage, breakfast potatoes, and either waffles, french toast, or pancakes. We had an accessible room. The floor was not carpeted; it was some type of laminate made to look like wood. That was nice, as I hate carpet! It was clean and had a large floor to ceiling window with motorized shades. The bathroom was large. We had two queen beds and they were comfy. The room had a large TV, a coffee maker, a small refrigerator, a wardrobe, a dresser, an L-shaped corner couch and an ottoman. Overall, we had a nice time and will return to this hotel in the future. I definitely recommend it.

Great customer service by staff , clean hotel and breakfast was very good
Customer Service excellent , we were welcomed by staff after 400 miles drive , check in weas very smooth and we were given bottles of water to entire family , morning breakfast was warm and good , room was clean and no noise , nice clean premises , all Indian restaurants were within 2-3 miles and it is very close to freeway and also stores are very close by to Hotel

Nice location
Nice new hotel. Restaurants and stores nearby. Easy freeway acces. Quiet area. Within walking distance to restaurants and car dealerships.

Excellent Functional Stay for Families
Excellent location, felt safe in parking lot, on premises, and the rooms were clean. Loved having a full breakfast bar, full regular bar and close to Costco, lots of restaurants, and shopping.

Great value. Free parking. Safe location. Very good wifi speed. Would happily stay here again.
I love Hyatt Place hotels as they offer a great value. I stay in them whenever I can. I was in town for one night to attend a college football game. This location has free parking, a decent hot breakfast, and very good wifi. I was able to do a Zoom meeting from my room with no wifi problems. The parking lot felt safe. Employees were friendly. The room was clean. The sofa and bed were comfortable. The shower water was strong and could get very hot if you desire. Air conditioner responded well. Mini fridge was clean and large. I would happily stay here again.

Overall, good experience. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and decent breakfast. If you are staying with kids, there is nothing within walking distance so keep that in mind.
