Pet Policy

Enjoy a pet-friendly stay while in Fremont, California, at our hotel! Read on to learn more about our pet and hotel policies: 

  • We welcome up to two housebroken dogs per room.
  • Dogs must weigh 50 pounds or less, with a combined limit of 75 pounds for two dogs. 
  • Pets are not allowed in public areas, food service areas or the pool, and must remain on a leash in public spaces. 
  • There is no charge for service animals.
  • For housekeeping, pets should be kenneled or removed during service times. 
  • Guests will receive a welcome letter and pet door hanger at check-in, along with information on designated dog-walking areas.
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets and for any damages during their stay.

Fees:

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).

For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.

*We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel. 

Firearms Policy

The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance to Hyatt. This policy is designed for the protection of our guests and associates and pertains to the presence of firearms on hotel premises.

Hyatt recognizes that guests or visitors may legally possess firearms for a variety of legitimate purposes. This policy is intended to create a safe environment for all guests and visitors by providing appropriate guidance over the custody of firearms on our premises. Questions concerning this policy or its implementation may be addressed to Hyatt’s Global Security department.

Guest Packages Policy

Guests can have deliveries sent to the hotel while in-house. When a package is received, it is logged at the front desk and secured with our Gallery Hosts. The guest is contacted by our team and instructed to pick up the package by signing and verifying their identity at the front desk.

Incidental Charges

VALID CREDIT CARD REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN for $50 per day authorization for incidental charges. Incidental charges include food and beverage charges, movies, and long distance phone calls. If no charges are made, this authorization is fully refunded 3-7 business days after check out due to bank processing procedures.
