Pet Policy

Hyatt Place Roanoke Airport/Valley View Mall welcomes you and your furry friends to our pet-friendly hotel in Roanoke, Virginia.

Fees

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).

For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.

The fee(s) are inclusive of taxes.

Weight Limits

A maximum of two dogs per room are permitted. Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under are permitted, but two dogs may be allowed in a guest room provided the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 pounds. The pet fee encompasses this, and pets exceeding these limits are at the hotel’s discretion. All pets must be housebroken.

Incidentals Policy

A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax and an additional $15 per night for incidentals. DEBIT CARD USERS: There is a $15 per-night authorization placed on your card at check-in to account for any incidental charges you may incur, including but not limited to food and beverage charges. Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7–10 business days after checkout, depending on your banking institution.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping), and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250 plus tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.
