Pet Policy
Your animal companions are always welcome at our pet-friendly Reno, Nevada hotel to ensure every family member feels at home. We accommodate up to two housebroken pets per room or suite, so you can explore Reno’s scenic trails and outdoor spaces with your four-legged friends by your side.
Fees
For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).
For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).
For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.
Weight Limits
Combined pets weight limit: 50 Pounds
Maximum number of pets is 2.
Incidental Policy
At Hyatt Place Reno, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable stay for all our guests. To ensure convenience and cover incidental expenses, a daily incidental fee of $50 per night will be charged at check-in. The $50 per night incidental fee is required for all reservations and will be authorized on the guest’s credit or debit card at check-in. This fee covers potential incidental charges, including but not limited to in-room dining, on-property purchases and other services. Any unused portion of the incidental hold will be released upon check-out; however, please note that banks may take 3-7 business days to process the release. If incidental charges exceed the authorized amount, an additional authorization may be required.
No Smoking Policy
At Hyatt Place Reno, we are committed to providing a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. To maintain a smoke-free atmosphere, smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping and marijuana, is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor public areas.
A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the no-smoking policy.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please inquire at the front desk for designated smoking locations.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional charges and/or eviction from the hotel without a refund. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our hotel smoke-free. If you have any questions, please contact the front desk.
Cash Free Policy
At Hyatt Place Reno, we are a cash-free property to ensure a safe and seamless experience for our guests and staff.
We do not accept cash for payments, deposits or incidental charges.
All transactions must be made using a valid credit or debit card.
A credit or debit card is required at check-in for room charges and incidentals.
Minimum Age Check-in Policy
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all our guests, Hyatt Place Reno requires all guests to be at least 21 years of age to check in.
Guests must be 21 years old or older to check in and stay at the hotel without a parent or legal guardian.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in to verify age.
The registered guest is responsible for all charges and must be present throughout the stay.
