The location, service and cleanliness of the hotel will keep me coming back again and again. I hosted 10 women at this hotel and not one of them had a complaint. The staff and the service was top tier. I can't say enough about this location. Thank you!

Very good experience.
Quite good. Everything worked as expected. We asked for late checkout and we were provided with it. Room assignment was quite good and that's a great perk of World of Hyatt membership benefits. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was quite good. Plenty of parking space.

Right in the middle of Everything!
A very spacious front desk and reception/welcome area with lots of natural light, great breakfast staff with great food!

Wonderful Experience
From the moment I stepped into the hotel until I left, everything and everyone was phenomenal. The front desk staff was professional, friendly, helpful and ready to assist. The food staff was very attentive to making sure food was hot, available, tasteful and nicely presented. The rooms were extremely large with more than enough room for two. It was clean and nicely appointed. The hotel was quiet during the entire weekend stay. Great atmosphere all around.

Feels Like Home
Hyatt Place at Southpoint is a Central location to the best food in the area and meeting, medical, seminars, concerts, and many life events in both Chapel Hill and Durham. Besides, Hyatt Place is dependable to repeat an excellent experience including atmosphere, onsite services like business equipment and technology, gymnasium, breakfast, snacks, parking and accommodating and friendly employees. As an aside, the higher floors on either the front or back of the building give great views of the landscape, both natural and developed. Moon rises this trip were amazing from the front of the building, 7th floor, looking over Durham, then the Research Triangle and Raleigh. It felt like home because I see moon rises come up over the ocean from my family room.

Great Staf & Location
The hotel was in a good location for us as we needed to go to Duke Hospital. The Hotel is clean and the staff are helpful, friendly and kind. The breakfast was very good and the room was clean and bright.

Great hotel management and staff
My wife and I stayed at this hotel several times each year over the past 7-1/2 years when we came to visit our son. Sadly our last stay was because our son passed away unexpectedly. The hotel staff was very kind and compassionate, and assigned us to a nice quiet room at the end of the hall. Additionally, the staff came to our room and gave us with 2 gift bags containing flowers, snacks, water, and a bottle of wine. They also included a handwritten letter with kind words of consolation. We would like to thank and express our appreciation to Austin Parker and the hotel staff for their kindness, compassion, and consideration during this very sad time for us.

A must stay!
This little secret has been part of my family for the last 3 years. We've tried other hotels and they failed us, so this we consider our home away from home!

Fabulous Experience
The staff at this hotel was very welcoming, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was delicious! I plan to stay here again in the very near future.

Family Reunion
Great customer service and overall good stay. Be prepared to get breakfast somewhere else it was nasty. The eggs were too fake the waffles were good but that's all. I would only come back because of the customer service.

Clean, spacious, staff went over & beyond
The location was the perfect stay as we were near Duke University. Not knowing the area, it was very easy to navigate around. The rooms were much more spacious that I thought, and the cleanliness was outstanding from the rooms to the dining areas to the pool. I never once did not see someone cleaning, vacuuming, dusting or offering us help. The pool was the cherry on top! Gorgeous, clean, and was able to have a mini vacation.

Rest was Divine
Coming back again just to experience the quality atmosphere, breakfast (that I missed unfortunately), and hyatt bar that stays open until late! Hyatt Members Rejoice!!!

Great location & well maintained facilities. Guest service was pleasant & professional. Breakfast was on point, large dining area. Room was great.

Great first stay, room for improvement
Everything was excellent. Could use some new mattresses, they were quite soft and mushy in the middle, the room was super clean though and the staff was awesome and amenities were great.

Easy to Recommend
Large, attractive, well-maintained, quiet hotel. Rooms are large and well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Easy to reach by car.

Great Stay
This hotel knows how to treat its guests, you are welcomed when your foot crosses the threshold. Clean rooms and a very helpful and friendly staff.

Great property
Exceptional staff. Very clean and welcoming property. The location was great with plenty of off property food options close by.

Exceptional Hyatt Place hotel and staff
Very clean and not showing wear. It appears to be relatively new, compared to some other Hyatt Place locations. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.
