Dog Policy

Hyatt Place Durham/Southpoint is a dog-friendly hotel.

1-6 nights: The fee is $100, whether a 1 night or 6 nights stay. ($100 total)

 7-30 nights: The fee is $100 plus an additional deep cleaning fee of $100.  ($200 total)

 30+ nights: Fee is based on hotel’s discretion. 

Only dogs weighing less than 50 pounds are permitted. Two dogs may be allowed in a guest room provided the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 pounds. 

*We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.
