Pricey for what you get. Train noise can be an issue if you are a light sleeper. All staff are very nice excepting housekeeping whom I thought did not do a good job. Very convenient to rental car garage. There is a free airport shuttle. I did not use the gym, pool, or business facilities. No restaurant, just breakfast bar in the mornings.

Great place to stay when visiting Rhode Island. Clean, well-kept property inside and outside. Typical Hyatt Place rooms with outstanding staff. Ask Paul at the front desk for restaurant recommendations - he won't steer you wrong.

Very nice and clean hotel, convenient to all. The staff was wonderful and so helpful with everything. Definitely recommend.

Be aware that you need to call for the shuttle. The hike from the airport to the hotel includes long skywalk with inoperable moving sidewalks, limited AC, meandering walk through parking deck, and hottest every stairwell and elevator, only to arrive at parking lot behind the hotel with no signs indicating location or access to front door. The "restaurant" in only the bar with limited bar food available at 4:00 IF the server arrives on time. Food from the bar was not good. Check-in person did the minimum. Water was not available until the check-in person could restock that area and was unable to indicate when that might happen. The room itself appeared clean but the bed looked lumpy and wrinkled, so I slept on top of those wrinkled sheets. This is not a hotel I will use again, even though my work includes 5 - 6 visits each year.

Really nice hotel with great amenities (although I wish the pool were a bit nicer). Staff was very nice (most of them, the bartender needed to be warmed up a bit, then she got a bit nicer) Food was surprisingly good, very good in fact. Great location, near the airport and I-95 to Providence and Newport, RI. I wasn't happy with the rates. I felt they were hiked up for the summer. I'd understand that if Warwick were a resort town.

Conveniently located with exceptional rooms and customer service. The host recommended a local spot for dinner within walking distance that was excellent. Overall, the Hyatt brand is secure here.

The first impression is one of the most beautiful hotel gardens I have seen. Not expected for an airport hotel. The building is only 5 years old and is so traveler friendly. Hyatt Place has figured out what people need for a comfortable stay. Everything from the food to the service was excellent. Dog friendly and never even heard an airplane or the train that stops next door!

Conveniently near the airport as well as the garage to rent and drop off the car. The service here was good. I will be staying here again!

While its a very nice Hyatt Place property and the common areas and rooms were very clean and comfortable, it was very disappointing to see that the property does not believe in recycling. For breakfast the only option was disposable foam plates and there was no recycling bin in the guest rooms for newspapers, plastic bottles, etc.

Nicely designed, comfortable, clean, quiet - AMAZING!!! My family visits the area every year - this hotel never disappoints!
