Whether you’re collaborating with colleagues or reuniting with old friends, we have 1,810 square feet of flexible space for your event. Our hotel offers three functional rooms: Two can accommodate up to 23 guests, and our largest can accommodate up to 77. We can also arrange rooms in one of six configurations at your request, so you’ll always find a space that suits your occasion.

Lead training or give talks for up to 77 people in the largest meeting room at Hyatt Place Warwick / Providence Airport. An LCD projector and whiteboards amplify your message, while catering services keep attendees on-site and schedules on track. Reserve all three event spaces (a total of 1,600 square feet) for conventions with up to 114 guests. Event Space 1: 320 square feet, fits 22 people. Event Space 2: 320 square feet, fits 22 people. Event Space 3: 960 square feet, fits 68 people.
