Nice Hotel with Convenient Drive to the Airport and Hole in the Rock
This hotel was quiet, and super clean. We were refreshed daily with clean towels and our beds were made. We had a few things we had just bought left out and also accidently left cash out and we never had a problem. Housekeeping is spectacular!! Breakfast was the regular Hyatt type breakfast, but I noticed the food was abundant and extra fresh.

What's not to love?
Clean, friendly, great location, shuttle to airport with friendly souls early in the morning COUPLED with the lengthy park-and-fly (and how reasonable it is!!!)...what's not to love?

Great Stay and Wonderful Service
I had a very nice experience staying at Hyatt. The service was excellent. When I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel for the shuttle, and they quickly sent a driver to pick me up. The driver was very nice and friendly. The room was much bigger than I expected, very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good selection of food. The only small issue was that there were no slippers in the room. I didn’t bring my own, so it was a little inconvenient. It would be great if the hotel could provide slippers for guests, even simple disposable ones. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel......great staff! I've been staying here for over 2 years. Nothing bad to say. Every trip is very relaxing.

Clean and Friendly
The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was tasty. I would definitely stay here again. The location is convenient to restaurants and the airport.

Best staff ever
I've stayed here several times. The staff goes above and beyond. No matter what we ask for, they do their best to assist. If they are not busy, they will bring the to go food to our conference room. If we need more water or ice, they provide it with a willingness that is excellent.

Perfect stey
location good room nlce very helpful at the front only complaint was pick up they made a handicap person walk all over in terminal they only pick up at terminal 2 good breakfast nice remodel good price!!!!! $

Happy Guests
We picked up our son and grandchildren at the airport the day after we checked in. The hotel was far enough away to avoid airport noise yet close enough for convenient pick up. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The breakfast was excellent. The price was reasonable, a factor we considered when planning our trip. We enjoyed our stay.

My Phoenix experience
For a business trip, it was one of the most well-run hotels that I have been to, considering it wasn't a 5-star hotel. The value was phenomenal, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Good experience
Very nice place. Would stay there again. Staff was friendly. They provide an airport shuttle and will also take you anywhere in a 3-mile radius if their scheduling permits. That was a nice perk. Room was comfortable, breakfast was good.

Very Bad experience
Customer Service at a bare minimum. I checked late in to the night, however the desk clerk was yawning away and seemed quite disinterested . At a bare minimum considering , the hotel is based in Phoenix Arizona one of the hottest states and locations , a couple of complimentary bottles of water irrespective of the tier status of the customers. The room i had booked was of two queen beds, which means a minimum of 3 pax and maximum of 4 pax would be occupying the room. However, there were only two cups, on inquiring via phone the desk clerk calmly mentioned i will have to come down to collect any more cups if i wanted , which is pathetic customer service or brand like Hyatt. and keep in mind, I have been staying in Hyatt properties all over the world, and till date havent had a reason to complain

Great stay
Great stay. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and cute with a nice balcony overlooking Camelback Mountain. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good with a nice variety of foods. Would definitely stay here again.

Good experience.
Since it is pretty near at one of my company's headquarters (it was a business trip), it is very convenient. It somewhat noisy due to being close to the Phoenix airport. The breakfast food is pretty good as well as their cleaning service for the rooms. Their staff at the front desk needs to improve when committing to do a service to their guests.

Great hotel
The Hyatt Place Tempe airport exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing from the minute. I checked in to the drop off at the airport thenext morning. I will definitely be back.

Nice place/ great location
The Hyatt Place is a Very nice hotel, which serves a good breakfast. I loved the location which was near ASU and the fancy river bridges in Tempe. My family and I are going to stay here every year we visit AZ for MLB Spring training.

It got the job done
Wasn’t what I expected for the price. Rooms are small, our shower leaked every-time we showered and the toilet area floor was wet majority of the time, rooms do not have a microwave, has refrigerator but it is very small & “queen” beds are also small. I’d say they are a full size bed. They lock main parking area entrance door and you have to walk around to enter after a certain time in the evening! Seemed odd considering you have to have a key to enter. The breakfast was decent and the window coverings as well. I wouldn’t recommend for the price & wont stay here again.

Our guest rooms are designed with two double beds, which is the configuration listed for this room type. We understand that bed sizes can feel different depending on what guests are accustomed to at home, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify that our rooms do not feature queen beds. Regarding the bathroom, your room included a tub and shower combination. When the shower curtain liner is kept inside the tub it typically prevents water from reaching the bathroom floor, but we appreciate you mentioning this as it helps us continue checking that everything in the room is functioning as it should. For security, the parking lot entrance is locked later in the evening, and guest key access is available through the main hotel entrance. This is part of our effort to help keep our guests and property safe. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the breakfast and the window coverings during your stay. Close, convenient place to stay
I came in a day early for a vacay and needed a place to stay overnight. Free shuttle, free breakfast and a pool. What more does one need? Sound of planes overhead heard during the day by the pool.
