Hotel Policies

Keys for any room will only be issued to those persons who are listed on the room as a guest with matching ID. For guest safety, between the hours of 9 p.m. and 7 a.m., entry doors are secured. Please have your key with you when exiting the property to gain access back into the property. Guest rooms are smoke-free. This includes any outside balconies and will be enforced with a $200 smoking fee charged to the room. Checkout time is 12 p.m. unless pre-arranged with front desk staff. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times. No persons under the age of 18 is permitted to wander the hotel grounds unattended. Due to liquor licensing, outside alcohol is not allowed to be consumed in any public space including the lobby, parking lot and pool areas. Underage drinking is not tolerated. Housekeeping will be provided after the third night during a guest stay; please see a front desk host if you need service before then.

Credit Card Policy

A valid credit card must be presented at time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax and an additional $25 per night for incidentals. DEBIT CARD USERS: In addition to estimated room and tax, there is a $25 per-night authorization placed on your card at check-in to account for any incidental charges you may incur, including but not limited to food and beverage charges. Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7–10 business days after checkout, depending on your banking institution.

Pet Policy

When needing a hotel in Tempe, AZ, bring your dog or dog(s) to enjoy our dog-friendly Hyatt hotel. Please inform us that you will be bringing your pet with you prior to your arrival.

Fees

For guests staying 1–6 nights, a $100 nonrefundable pet fee plus taxes will be administered. For guests stay 7–30 nights, a $100 nonrefundable pet fee plus taxes and an additional $100 cleaning fee will be administered. For guests staying 30 nights or more, please contact the hotel.

Weight Limits

There is a maximum of two dogs with a combined weight of 75 pounds permitted per room. Individual dogs may not exceed 50 pounds. All dogs must be housebroken.

Bar service: 11 a.m.–11 p.m.

Pool hours: 8 a.m.–10 p.m.
Fitness center: 24 hours
Shuttle operation: 5 a.m.–11 p.m.
Hotel quiet hours: 10 p.m.–6 a.m.
