Never again - trust me!
Would never recommend this place. When I arrived, there were not even pillows on my bed. They didn't have enough washclothes. So when I asked for some, they said they could only give me handtowels. And they made me go downstairs for extra towels because they didn't have enough staff to bring anything up. It was also hard to get in touch with staff when I needed them. Don't even get me started on the disgusting breakfast.
Waste of money
I have been a hyatt member for a long time and have stayed at alot of different hyatt properties. This property is BY FAR the worst. The way this hotel has gone downhill should be studied. I will not be staying here anymore. Multiple bugs in my room (random worm, fruit flies, ants), ceiling falling apart with holes everywhere, bed headboard falling apart, pillows and mattress very uncomfortable and HVAC system not working as expected. This is just to name a few. When I complained to front desk all I got told was "sorry the manager is not in until tomm, you can email her". Not even an attempt to make it right at the moment. Don't waste your money.
Avoid this property
Avoid this property. It does not live up to Hyatt standards. It is run down and staff do not care about basic needs such as towels. Breakfast is terrible and there is not seating. We had multiple items that did not work in our room including the TV and AC and we were told they knew and there was nothing they could do about it.
Quite an experience! You have to try it out for yourself.
I had a great experience at the Hyatt Place in King of Prussia. It was quite an experience. You have to try it out for yourself. I only stayed 3 nights and I got to know all the staff. They make you feel like you're at home. They care and listen and do their best to accommodate you. Michelle at the front desk was exceptional! I got to stay at all their rooms, even got a big suite with 2 double beds. The breakfast was to die. The entire hotel staff were amazing. I definitely recommend this place in the King of Prussia area. They also have laundry too.
Avoid Hyatt King of Prussia
This location should be avoided. Hotel smelled like mildew. Breakfast chairs are all soiled and disgusting. Housekeeping did not provide washcloths and did not do a room refresh throughout our stay. Avoid this location!
Just okay
Breakfast wasn't good. No lights in elevator and no certifications for elevators posted. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Stay elsewhere,
Dirty, smelly and completely neglected, the facility is falling apart. Elevator has no lights. No housekeeping, no towels available.
Needs Improvement
No hot water in shower, had to take cold water shower. TV has disrupted signals and no smart TV option to watch Netflix. No hand towels or wash cloths in the room. No housekeeping provided. Front desk did not pick up the phone, while I called twice. Driving water in walk-in lobby was missing half the time. Breakfast area had styrofoam plates, very dry oatmeal, no eggs, poor quality overall on both the days.
Dissapointed
Room smelled like cigarettes, breakfast area was not clean and very messy, they ran out of few items for breakfast, front desk not too helpful.
No Hot Water, Multiple Plumbing Issues, and No Accountability
A hotel can have maintenance failures. What it cannot afford is a complete failure of customer service. After reporting no hot water and a clogged drain, I spent more than 13 hours seeking help, was moved to a room with another plumbing issue, and never received meaningful management support. Multiple staff members knew about the problem, yet no one took ownership or escalated it. I ultimately checked out early and lost money. The lack of accountability, communication, and service recovery made this one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.
Worst Hyatt weve stayed in.
The location felt safe and secure. The staff was inattentive. They were more concerned about their cell phone than checking me in. It should never take over 20 to 25 min for checkin. She started checking us in then stopped to use her phone. I booked in advance with early check in but still our 2 rooms were on separate floors. Room had mold growing on exterior shower and there was something white on the carpet near the sink and closet. (Lord, please let it be milk). Breakfast was cold. There is nothing worse than cold eggs. Also there really wasnt a lot of selection. We gave stayed at Hyatts before, and this is the worst experience we have had. I will give them kudos for the bed and pillows, but thats the extent of it.
Clean, comfy, and close to everything!A perfect home away from home.Incredible service and amazing amenities!Best stay i
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute Perfection – A Flawless Stay!I cannot say enough good things about my recent stay at the Hyatt House Philadelphia/King of Prussia. From the moment I checked in, the experience was seamless and welcoming. The front desk staff was incredibly efficient, polite, and went completely out of their way to ensure we felt valued from day one.The room itself felt more like a chic, modern studio apartment than a standard hotel room. It was immaculately clean, wonderfully updated, and featured an exceptionally comfortable bed with fresh, high-quality linens that guaranteed a great night’s sleep. Having a spacious setup made it the perfect, relaxing "home away from home".The amenities are where this property truly shines. The indoor pool area is pristine, and the hot tub features strong, working jets that are perfect for unwinding after a long day. In the morning, the complimentary "Morning Spread" breakfast exceeded all expectations—delivering a fantastic variety of hot, delicious options that are a massive upgrade from your typical hotel buffet. We also loved winding down at the H Bar in the evening for casual drinks and great appetizers. To top it all off, the location is unbeatable. Being right down the road from the premier King of Prussia Mall and surrounded by fantastic local dining choices made exploring the area effortless. This property sets the standard for excellent hospitality and comfort. I highly recommend it and will absolutely be back!
Worst Hyatt experience in years
I stayed at this Hyatt in August of 2026. I was there with my family for 6 nights. It was the absolute worst Hyatt stay we have experienced so far. We did not receive any housekeep services despite requesting it multiple times to front desk staff and housekeeping members. We were forced to constantly take out our own trash and retrieve sheets and towels from behind the front desk. There was no water pressure in the shower which made showering difficult. I was traveling with two young kids and the pool was closed the entire time we were there. We were not given any options or accommodations and when I voiced my frustration about housekeeping to the receptionist, we were not given an explanation as to why our room would not receive services despite the multiple requests.
Horrible Experience
The hotel was very dirty and our floor smelled of wet carpet and mold for days! I asked upon check in to be moved to another floor and we were denied and the solution was to spray the hallway with perfume. The furniture was all torn and stained and the pool was green. We were there for a tournament and the hotel was filled with families and told the lack of service was due to the fact that the hotel was being sold. There was vomit in the elevator and the smell was not cleaned properly for hours . The TV wasn't working for hours and there was no bath soap in the shower during our entire stay. Every guest in our party complained about the condition of the hotel and vowed never to return. I demand a refund for this horrible experience.
Not representative of the Hyatt brand
Dingy, some areas of the hotel were not clean. Carpet throughout the hotel does not look clean. Relatives checked into rooms that were not clean and had to relocate to Hyatt House King of Prussia. Lousy, messy breakfast buffet. Low water pressure with no hot water in the shower. In our room, think there were wires in the wall where the smoke detector was supposed to be. Dirty and stained meeting room chairs. Heard people in the lobby complaining to the front desk about lack of cleanliness. Hyatt Place King of Prussia needs a complete renovation. The worst Hyatt Place and one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. More like a bad motel. Someone from Hyatt Corp needs to visit this hotel and find a new management group.
Close to KOP Mall
I've stayed at this location quite a few times. This last time was absolutely not the best however, I'm hoping that won't be a trend and this hotel will recover. As of late, if you're having a short stay (2days), this place may work, not so much for an extended stay.
Dirty beds, mold, hair, dust everywhere.
This was the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel. Between the dirty rooms, horrible customer service from the general manager & having to ask for cleaning supplies to feel comfortable using the bathroom & setting our stuff down once we got to our 4th room & it finally at least had clean sheets.
King of Prussia.
Good Hotel, good location. The hotel itself needs a bit of upgrading, staff helpful as they can be given limitations of hotel.
Hotel is in disrepair.
Our stay was extremely disappointing. This room should never have been rented to guests. The room had a significant water leak that had only been partially repaired. The ceiling, walls, and table near the head of the bed all showed extensive water damage, and the room smelled of mildew. The most serious issue was a large hole in the floor next to the bed, which I stepped into. The concrete beneath the flooring had eroded away, exposing wires and splintered wood and leaving an opening through which you could see the floor below. This is a serious safety hazard and, by itself, should have taken the room out of service until repaired. The shower had almost no water pressure, making it unusable. We reported the issue and requested additional towels, but no one responded, despite being told someone would come to fix it. Each time we contacted the front desk, we were told maintenance was "very busy." The property's amenities were not as advertised. The pool was closed our first night because of its condition. It reopened during the rest of our stay, but the water remained green and cloudy. The website and in-room materials advertise an on-site restaurant and bar. Neither exists. Other than breakfast, there were no food options, snacks, or bottled water available. The vending machines and ice machines were also out of service. We showed the front desk photographs documenting the room. The employee agreed it should not have been in service. Despite that acknowledgment, we received no refund, discount, or other compensation. We reserved two rooms for four nights and expected better from a Hyatt. This was not an inexpensive stay, which makes the hotel's failure to address these issues even more disappointing. While the staff was courteous, they appeared unaware of the state of the rooms and unable to resolve even basic maintenance and service requests. The property's poor condition, the lack of response to legitimate concerns, and the failure to address a serious safety hazard made this the worst hotel experience we have had at a Hyatt property. I would not recommend this property.
Bad experience
The breakfast section was bad. The cleanliness of the hotel was poor. I would not recommend going to this hotel and am not going back for future visits. Plus there was a stink bug in the room!
