Pet Policy

Your furry friends are always welcome at Hyatt Place Philadelphia/King of Prussia. To ensure maximum comfort for all of our guests, following the departure of a guest and their pet, there are certain steps we must take to ensure the room is clean and free from possible allergens. We deep clean carpets, drapes, bedspreads and other linens, and fumigate the room. For this reason, we add the nonrefundable pet/cleaning fee to the account during check-in. Fees do not include taxes.

Fees:

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).

For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.

Weight Limits:

One dog: 50 lbs

Two dogs: 75 lbs combined

Guidelines for Dog Owners

All dogs must be housebroken. Dogs must be on leashes when in public areas. Pets are not allowed in the food service areas and pool. Your pet must be confined in a carrier if left unattended during the cleaning of your room or you can arrange to be present when your room is serviced.

Age Policy

The minimum age to reserve a room is 21 years old. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.

Credit Card

A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax and an additional $100 per stay for incidentals.

DEBIT CARD USERS: There is a $100 PER STAY authorization placed on your card at check in to account for any incidental charges you may incur including but not limited to food and beverage charges. Funds will be held as a ‘pending charge’ and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7–10 business days after checkout, depending on your banking institution.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed in the public areas of the hotel or the guestrooms. The hotel will apply a $350 plus tax cleaning fee to any room that violates this non-smoking policy. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Noise Policy

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m.–6 a.m. Disruption may result in eviction of all non-registered guests from the room and eviction of registered guests if noise persists.

Early Check-In/Late Checkout

In accordance with our hotel policy, guests may incur a $50 early check-in fee prior to Noon, subject to availability. For late checkout until 5 p.m., a half-day standard rate fee will be applied; however, any checkout occurring after 5 p.m. will be subject to a full standard rate fee charge.
