Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping) and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250 plus tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.

Incidentals Policy

A valid credit or debit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax and an additional amount for incidentals. Please note that as of May 1, 2026, this incidental hold amount will be an additional $75 per stay.

Debit Card Users

Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7–10 business days after checking out. Depending on your banking institution, this hold can take up to 30 days to release. We recommend you use a credit card to check in with and then use your debit card at the time of checkout to settle your balance.

Pet Policy

Don’t let your dog miss out on the fun while you travel. Bring your furry friend along to enjoy all the exciting sights and sounds of Greenville. Our hotel is dog friendly for up to two housebroken dogs per room. Call ahead at +1 864 232 3000 to let us know you’ll be bringing canine company. Fees

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).

For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.

Weight Limits

A maximum of two dogs per room are permitted. Only dogs weighing 50 lbs. and under are permitted; two dogs may be allowed in a guest room provided the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 pounds; the pet fee encompasses this, and pets exceeding are at the hotel’s discretion. All dogs must be housebroken.
