Great hotel ! Great location!
An excellent hotel very close to the airport . Friendly and knowledgeable staff . Hotel pool and hot tub were very nice . Hotel was very clean

Started great, ending wasn’t so strong.
Everything was fine until we needed picked up from the airport. Front desk was rude and snappy, shuttle driver didn’t want to be there and told us to load our own bags while he watched.

Quiet despite close to the airport!
Awesome quiet hotel, so close to the airport. Couldn't even hear the airplanes as they were almost level with the building.

This hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend it!
Everything was perfect, from friendly front desk, comfortable bed to the delicious breakfast. Definitely will stay here again!!

Five stars for yet another Hyatt Place stay. Great for families or single travelers
As per usual Hyatt Place is a great place to stay. Ev Quick and easy shuttle to/from airport. Everything you could want in a hotel stay

Much better than expected. Room was spacious with a separate lounge area with couch, mini frig, sink, desk space . Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Went in the hot tub and a quick dip in the pool. Was clean and not crowded at all. Close to stores and restaurants. Had to catch an early morning flight. Shuttle service was prompt at 3:40 am. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes. I also caught a shuttle to the hotel when I returned my rental car. Both drivers were friendly and helpful. Would definitively stay there again.

I will stay here again, given the opportunity. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice. The area is very nice as compared to most other airport hotels I've visited. The breakfast was convenient and value for money.

Very convenient hotel with friendliest staff
The staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast had a variety and was great. Location is easy to access Train station.

Easy access to airport.
Comfortable bed. Close drive to airport. Walking distance of Cascade Station shopping center with restaurants. Room was large. Our only complaint was the air conditioning did not cool the room for us. We would go back. Free parking.

Better stay in the past
Good location. $20.00 Fee for breakfast. Also a parking fee. Hotel tried to charge me for breakfast when it was included when I made my reservation. Good shuttle service to/from airport.
