Age Check-In Policy:

The minimum age to reserve and check in to a room at Hyatt Place Portland is 21 years old. A person meeting the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.

Pet Policy

Bring your canine companion to Hyatt Place Portland Airport/Cascade Station. Your dog can stay with you in one of our pet-friendly rooms for an additional charge of $100 per stay for up to six nights. For seven nights to thirty nights, there is a fee of $100 per stay, plus an additional $100 cleaning fee. Guests planning a stay longer than 30 days should contact us to discuss arrangements in detail. This fee includes tax and ensures we bring the room back to Hyatt Place standards. This includes fur removal, carpet steam cleaning and more.

We welcome dogs weighing less than 50 pounds. Up to two dogs can join you, provided their combined weight does not exceed 75 pounds. All dogs staying at Hyatt Place Portland Airport/Cascade Station must be housebroken.
