We are approximately a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk from Universal Orlando Resort. We also offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the park.

Yes, complimentary shuttle service is available by reserving within 24 hours and in person at our Universal Lobby Desk.  Groups of 6 people or less may be reserved at one time.

Rooms include spacious layouts with cozy corner sleeper sofas, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, a flat screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Breakfast is served daily. Our hours are Monday-Friday from 6:30 AM- 9:30 AM, and Saturday-Sunday from 7:00 AM- 10:00 AM. 

Self-parking is available on-site. We also have an EV Charging Station available on-site. 

Our heated outdoor pool is available for guest use from 10:00 AM- 10:00 PM, daily.

At Hyatt Place across from Universal Orlando Resort, we are pleased to welcome your four legged companions. A maximum of (2) dogs allowed per guestroom, each weighing less than 50 lbs. / the combined weight of both dogs be less than 75lbs. A $100 non-refundable fee applies for stays up to 6 nights, with an additional $100 cleaning fee for stays of 7-30 nights. For stays exceeding 30 nights, we kindly ask guests to contact the hotel directly for assistance. *Guests with disabilities accompanied by service animals are always welcome. Please note that service animals are not subject to this Pet Policy. For further information, please reach out to the hotel.
