My visits to this Hyatt location was very disappointing. Upon arrival, only 1 elevator was working, there was no smoke detector in the room, the room phone did not work, tv remote needed batteries, shower head affixed from the wall and 3 trash can in the lobby are near the breakfast area were collecting drippings water from the ceiling cause by previous rains. Both elevators were out the 1st morning, some guest had to walk down 6 flights of stairs and no ADA emergencies ramps exits. Perhaps, it wasn't the correct weekend for me to stay there as a 1st time guest at this location.

Both elevators are down Was charged twice for a 1 night stay. Was on hold for a while and was hung up on. Not staying here again

Staff takes good care of concerns even when very busy. The location is very well placed, although there is remodeling and rail construction nearby.

Extremely disappointed with my stay at this Hyatt. Staff were fine; room was very clean. However the breakfast was so disappointing that it set off a bad start of the days. Quality of the cleanliness of the room was excellent so maid staff have to receive high marks.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. However the lifts are old and took ages to come. At first we were assigned a room opposite a room with it’s door left opened that smelt of weed. So we were rather uncomfortable and asked to change to another room. Breakfast was adequate given it’s complimentary for all in house guests.Lobby area is nice and comfortable Location is good as it is 5 minutes’ walk to Ontario Mills Mall. There’s also free parking which is nice. If you drive 5 minutes from the hotel, there’s an In And Out Burger where you can taste the best burgers mostly available only in California. you drive eastwards for about and hour you can go to Desert Hills Premium Outlet (which is overrated by the way) One unpleasant event which happened on the early morning of September 3( 2026) was the fire alarm that went off at 2am which asked everyone to evacuate. We got outside and were told it was a false alarm. That was a really bad experience I should also mention that the TV in the room worked in the strangest way. We had to press “OFF”(on the remote) to turn on the TV, and press the same “OFF” button to turn the TV off. What a joke.

A superb location for power shopping at the giant Mall and lots and lots of great restaurants all around. Nice morning breakfast. Coffee on the weak side, eggs were great

I had a pleasant stay at the Hyatt. The room was huge, the front desk staff was very nice. There was remodeling going on during my stay, but my stay overall was great. My room was clean, comfortable. I stayed here because my work was across the street, so it was very convenient.

Overall it was very spacious compared to other hotles, and close to various shopping and eateries. Close to the Airport Close to Ontario Mills and Victoria Gardens. Easily accessible to freeways 15, 10, 60, and 210

I stayed at 3 different hotels within one week while my family and I were in the area for my son’s baseball all-star tournament. This specific place was the worst of the 3. We also stayed at Comfort Suites and Sure Stay.

The excellent location and service provided by the hotel make our stay there complete and enjoyable. The coincident of National Outlet Shopping from 11~14 June make it perfect experience for us. Thank you

Very clean and spacious room and excellent breakfast. Worth your money in the overall experience. Check out assistance could have been better and unfortunately one of their elevators was out of service that made it slow moving around throughout my stay. I'll give it another try considering money spent.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Ontario Mills Mall and just a short distance from Ontario International Airport, which makes it very accessible. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. One minor drawback was some noise from the hallway. Likely because my room was right next to the elevators, so I could occasionally hear voices outside. The staff was friendly and responsive, quickly addressing my requests. Free parking is also a major plus, especially given the high parking costs in the L area. I had a pleasant stay overall.

Wonderful Great Area - Rooms are fantastic. Love the couch in the room entry. Clean and nice for long stays. The location is the best Mail and the Best Restaurants

As World of Hyatt Globalist members, we found this property’s adherence to Brand Standards and Operational Excellence to be significantly compromised. While the heated pool was properly maintained and calibrated for January—a rare positive—it did not offset the broader service delivery failures. The breakfast experience was an egregious departure from Hyatt’s 'World of Care' ESG commitments. Operating a California-based property with 100% single-use plastics and paper plates is a massive Sustainability Brand Deviation that lacks the baseline quality expected of the brand. Furthermore, the visual landscape of the hotel was cluttered with 'taped-up' signage and 'refusal of service' notices that created a hostile guest environment. The irony of seeing a sign prohibiting the removal of 'dishes' while being provided only disposables highlights a total operational disconnect and a lack of professional property management. This stay fell well below the service culture we have come to expect from the Hyatt portfolio.

Great location.Near mall and restaurants. I wish the breakfast hours were extended from 9:30 to 10:30a.m.The staff there were attentive.Room needs to be updated.

No smart TV in room and wifi is really slow. Other than that rooms were very clean as breakfast was good with several options available and plenty of seating

One of worst hyatt locations i’ve ever been to. Front desk was rude and slow. And she was doing her thing regardless of me waiting to be checked in. Carpet in room was sticky and old. Damp smelling room. Felt like I was at days inn.

Older hotel. But was slightly updated in the past. Staff is awesome. Everyone one of the staff are helpful Breakfast is average. But having coffee available 24 by 7 is nice.

This location sought to meet the same standards as other Hyatt locations, but we feel did not meet them. Our shower backed up, so the staff made available to us another room, not of the same accomodations, for the use of the shower. That room ended up smelling of cigarrettes, which we were allergic to. We hope Hyatt can make this right in the future,

Nice hotel very close to Ontario airport. Many restaurants in the vicinity and shopping at Ontario Mills is literally across the parking lot. Beds are comfy, noise is minimal even though you're near a freeway. Pool was clean. Housekeeping was wonderful.
