Pet Policy
At Hyatt Place Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga, we warmly welcome up to two dogs to accompany you during your stay. Enjoy the convenience of pet-friendly hotel rooms located just minutes away from Ontario Mills Mall, ensuring a comfortable retreat for both you and your furry companions.
FEES:
For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).
For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).
For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.
WEIGHT LIMITS:
One dog: 50 lbs
Two dogs: 75 lbs combined
Smoking Policy
Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping) and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250 + tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.
Minimum Age Policy
Guests must be a minimum of 18 years old and are required to complete a signed registration agreement. A valid ID is required at check-in and to become a registered guest of the hotel.
Incidental Charge Policy
A valid credit or debit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax, and an additional $50 per stay for incidentals.
DEBIT CARD USERS: Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7–10 business days after checkout. Depending on your banking institution, this hold can take up to 30 days to release. We recommend you use a credit card at check-in and then use your debit card at the time of checkout to settle your balance.
Quiet Hours Policy
For the comfort and relaxation of all our guests, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Please keep televisions, music, and conversations at a considerate volume.
Gatherings in guest rooms or hallways should remain quiet and respectful.
Any disturbances reported during quiet hours may result in additional charges or removal from the property.

Hotel Access Policy
For your safety and security, the hotel’s front doors are locked nightly from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. During these hours, guests may enter by using their room key at the main entrance.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged a one-night room and tax fee.
