You won't be disappointed!
This is a nice, mid range hotel in the front of the Coconut Point Shopping Center on Tamiami Trail (US 41). The hotel is bright, spacious and has a very welcoming lobby. Checkin was quick and efficient, and the woman checking us in was pleasant and informative. Our double queen room was very spacious with a comfortable couch across from the large screen TV. Beds were very comfortable. The location can't be beat. You can walk to the shops and numerous restaurants nearby, if you chose, and it's an easy drive to anyplace in Estero or Bonita Springs.

Birthday celebration
Great experience! The rooms were clean, and the tub was spotless, which is very nice. The only complaint I have is the the tub and sink didn't drain well. Other than that, it was a PERFECT stay!

Another fantastic Hyatt stay
Very nice clean hotel and location is great right next to a humongous outdoor shopping dining area. Also in same complex, far on the other side-- super target best buy Cheesecake Factory among others...

High End Hyatt Place
I absolutely love staying at the Coconut point Estero. There is everything you need nearby. The rooms are really great condition. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. I stay here all the time and I strongly suggest you do too.

Great hotel near beaches and shopping
Recently renovated hotel is beautiful. Rooms are modern and quiet. Breakfast is hot and plentiful. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Reasonable summer rates. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Beach only 20 minutes away.

Quiet, clean and convenient location
Staff was friendly and profe3ssional. Hotel and my room were clean and spacious. Enjoyed the pool area as a welcomed break from work.

Spacious Rooms and Great Location
I had a very nice stay at Hyatt Place Estero. My room was spacious, clean, and felt fresh and well-appointed. The staff was excellent, friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. One of the best parts of this hotel is the location, with shopping and several restaurants within walking distance, which made it especially convenient since I ate out daily. (Shout out to Casa Blu)The hotel breakfast was just okay and did not offer a huge variety but that was about what I expected, so it was fine overall. I would recommend for a short stay for sure.

Newly remodeled hotel in a nice area.
Clean hotel near everything needed. Hotel staff, specifically Ren at the front desk, went above and beyond. There are several great restaurants within walking distance.

Clean and Fully Remodeled
This hotel is located in Estero, Florida. Not sure why it says Fort Myers Estero in the description. The remodeling looked great and my room was very clean upon arrival. I actually slept pretty well during my stay. The bed was comfortable. I liked that I could manage the room temperature and use the fan option so that I could muffle any hallway noise during the evening hours (I didn't hear any and slept through the night). I'll definitely stay here again!

Decent stay
Renovated rooms were nice. Gym was mediocre and appeared to be clean. Nice light in the lobby to read books while sipping on tea. Was too cold and windy to experience the pool this time.

January visit to Florida
Hotel is located near lots of shopping and dining opportunities. This is our second year to stay at this location. Hotel was in process of wrapping up a major remodeling project.

Estero Florida 2026
A lovely hotel, which, although it was receiving renovations, was quite nice. The downfall was the fact that there were no dressers in the room. I personally don't agree with the minimalist approach when traveling.

Most beautiful Hyatt Place!
This is the most beautiful Hyatt Place I have ever stayed in! Just completely renovated in a lovely, soothing decor. And the bed was so comfy! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I used points and cash. Located within an abundance of shopping, dining, exercise and spa choices.

Perfect Stay in FL!
We stayed here for a weekend while we were attending a wedding at the Hyatt down the road. The team here went above and beyond to accommodate my friends who had a delayed and then later canceled flight. We can’t thank the team here enough for their generosity!

Done right
Excellent stay, clean and friendly staff. Rooms large and airy. Breakfast selection was good. check in and checkout was simple. Parking was conveniently located.

Okay experience
Okay but be warned that there are renovations going on and there is a lot of dust. They put down cardboard over the entry carpet and the one elevator is filled with dust from the workers.

Wonderful family hotel!
One of the best family resorts i have been to. I rarely leave reviews but this property and the staff were so good i really wanted to. One of the biggest things for me at any hotel stay is cleanliness and i was happy to see that here especially with my granddaughter playing on the ground. Already planning another trip next year.
