Age Requirement

The minimum age to book a room at Hyatt Place Fort Myers Estero is 21 years of age. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Package Handling

A $5 package handling fee will be charged for each package received and stored. Packages that weigh less than five pounds are $5. Packages weighing more than 10 pounds are $25. Packages weighing more than 50 pounds are $75. Any pallets received at our hotel cost $100.

Pet Policy

At our pet-friendly hotel in Estero, Florida, we’re excited to welcome your canine companion. Hyatt Place Fort Myers Estero makes it easy to travel with your pup, with nearby parks and pet-friendly spots just minutes away. We simply ask that all dogs be housebroken and well-behaved during their stay.

FEES:  

1–6 nights: $100/stay 

7–30 nights: $200/stay (includes cleaning fee)  

31 nights or more: Please contact the hotel. 

WEIGHT LIMITS: 

One dog: 50 lbs 

Two dogs: 75 lbs combined
