The management and staff went over and above during our stay and minor medical emergency leaving us feeling very cared for as an entire family

Fantastic little staycation, enjoyed a night away from home for our first wedding anniversary! Rooms are great, beds so comfy, really relaxed vibe. Dangerously close to Lamanna - a must visit !

Great location, nice atmosphere with a great restaurant and bar attached. Nice lounge areas for waiting or meetings if that's what you need. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We chose Hyatt Place because we used to live nearby and went many times to the restaurant and bar, so it was familiar to us. As a result, it was a no brainer to stay there when we had an event on nearby. Very handy to the airport as well, if required, and a shuttle transfer is available. The room we stayed in was very clean, modern and well fitted out. All in all, a very nice experience.

I was staying at the Hyatt Place(Essendon Fields) while doing a doing a training course for work. I had a really pleasant experience. Hotel is located close to supermarket/cafe. The staff were really helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Prime location close to the airport & LaManna and a quick 7 minute uber to Airport West shipping center. Onsite dining made for a convenient and easy stay. Breakfast was also a standout with eggs cooked to order and continental items like cheese and meats also provided. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Attended for a night for a business trip. Clean and modern accommodation with friendly staff. Close to shops and food Would stay again if required

The room facility is ok the king room link to queen room is big enough for my family, but the king room door lock can not be lock when link to the queen room, should be more privacy keep on king room. The Parking is easy for in and out, parking charge is reasonable, just want to improve the breakfast choice and housekeeping service

Easy access, lots of parking, smooth check-in and the room was lovely and extremely clean. The jug was great to fill at the water fountain.

Arrived after a particularly wet and windy day to absolute tranquility. All the extras you expect from 5* but somehow even better. Wish I could have stayed longer.

An exceptional stay at the Hyatt Melbourne. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms were spotless and luxurious, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The food was outstanding, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. From check-in to check-out, everything ran seamlessly. Highly recommend — will definitely be back.

Fantastic location. Clean tidy and really large bathrooms. Great staff. Breakfast was also of a high standard with plenty of choices.

Friendly staff greeted upon arriving at Essendon Hyatt with a pretty easy check in process was also lucky to had get us a room upgrade due to not being able to get our room cleaned in time for check in. Going from a King suite to a queen and the room itself met above our expectations, clean lots of space, included a large modern bathroom with a bath and shower so that was handy for our four YO son. Beds were quite comfy as had a reasonably good sleep. For a overnight stay or 2 its nice. Only marking 4 stars for the breakfast for me was average for the price paid and location doesn't have much around the area especially at night.

We had a layover at the airport and stayed over at this Hotel. The Hotel Staff were very helpful coordinating our airport shuttle. The staff also assisted us with arrangements for taxi service during our stay. Breakfast was great, hotel facilities were very good.
