The Australian Room has the flexibility to be divided into three rooms by the use of decorative operatable doors. When divided into three rooms, Australian 1, Australian 2 and Australian 3 are 330square metres in size. Each room can comfortably host conferences up to 400 guests, cocktail functions up to 320 or weddings up to 140 with a sizeable dance floor. | Australian 1 and Australian 2 or Australian 2 and Australian 3 can also be combined creating spaces of 663 square metres. THREE OAK PAVILION

Three Oak Pavilion is stunning outdoor space set within beautifully landscaped gardens including three magnificent Oak trees. The striking pavilion structure has been constructed from old recycled wharf timber and includes a patterned glass roof and stunning water wall back drop. It’s the perfect space for a relaxed cocktail function or a backdrop for wedding ceremonies. It can comfortably accommodate up to 100 standing and 50 seated guests.

The Atrium is a north facing, all-weather, light filled space. The retractable roof makes it ideal for indoor or outdoor events and exhibitions. It can be used as a standalone event space accommodating cocktail functions up to 310 guests and banquet dinners up to 210 seated guests. It can also serve as additional room to the main function area if your event is greater than 1,000 guests and you require capacity for up to 1,365 guests. The ideal space for trade shows and exhibitions, The Atrium has been designed to easily bump in and bump out cars, boats and caravans. The space can accommodate 14 x 3square metres exhibition booths.
