A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the no-smoking policy. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please inquire at the front desk for designated smoking locations. Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional charges and/or eviction from the hotel without a refund. Food Delivery Services Policy
For the comfort, safety, and security of all our guests, Hyatt Place Lexington kindly asks that all food delivery orders be picked up by the registered guest in the hotel lobby. While we are happy to welcome food delivery services to the front desk area, delivery drivers are not permitted to go beyond the lobby or past the front desk at any time. Please note that even if a guest room number is included in the delivery address or order instructions, drivers will still be required to remain in the lobby. This policy helps us maintain a secure environment and ensures a smooth experience for everyone staying with us.
Guest Safety & Courtesy Policy
Guest Safety & Courtesy Policy At Hyatt Place Lexington, the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all our guests are our top priorities. We are delighted to welcome families, teams, and travelers of all ages, and we kindly ask for your partnership in helping us maintain a peaceful and secure environment for everyone.
Supervision of Minors
For the safety and well-being of our younger guests—and out of consideration for others—minors must be always supervised by a responsible adult while on hotel property. This includes guest rooms, hallways, public spaces, and amenities. Unsupervised activity may disrupt other guests and can present safety and security concerns.
Sporting Equipment
To ensure the safety of our guests and the care of our facilities, sporting equipment (including but not limited to balls, bats, sticks, protective gear, or similar items) should remain secured in personal vehicles and is not permitted for use within the hotel or on hotel grounds. This helps prevent damage, noise disturbances, and potential injuries.
Quiet Time
Hyatt Place Lexington is committed to providing a restful environment for all of our guests. A quiet time policy is in effect from 10:00pm-8:00am daily. During these hours, we request that guests refrain from activities that may generate excessive noise on guest room floors, including but not limited to loud music, entertainment, shouting, running, or the propping open of room doors. As a courtesy, guests and/or visitors causing a disruption will receive one warning. Continued disturbances may result fines or in a request to vacate the premises.
Highway Noise
We understand that our convenient location near the highway brings easy access to all that Lexington has to offer, but at times may also include the sounds of passing traffic. While many guests appreciate the accessibility, we recognize that highway noise may be noticeable for some light sleepers. To help ensure a restful stay, complimentary earplugs are available upon request, and white noise machines may be borrowed from the front desk based on availability. Our team is always happy to assist in making your stay as comfortable as possible.
