Dear Julia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am truly sorry to learn about the issues you experienced with your billing. I can completely understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have been to discover that you had been charged twice, especially after raising the matter during your stay and being reassured that it had been resolved. What should have been a special celebratory weekend was overshadowed by an experience that fell well below expectations, and for that I sincerely apologise. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Please be assured that we take concerns such as this very seriously. We would welcome the opportunity to investigate further and ensure the matter has been fully resolved.
