Conveniently Located by LAX, Close to Stadiums
Hyatt Place LAX Century Blvd is conveniently located close to LAX with a free 24 hr airport shuttle. Room was very clean and well maintained. Places to eat were located right outside of hotel. Their team was friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Proficient n clean
Clean bedroom and bathroom. Im very picky and the rooms were Very clean , bathroom clean and shower had No mold/ dark spots as alot of hotels do in n the grout or crevices . Breakfast was good and their wings from the restaurant in the evening are always fresh n hot...my goodness to holtel every time im in L.A

Good first experience with Hyatt hotels
Excellent location, near LAX, very convenient for those with a long layover/ transit. Hotel room was spacious, clean, and had lots of amenities (i.e, fast WiFi, iron, cable TV, mini bar, charging ports, coffee machine, etc.). The free airport shuttle was reliable and efficient.

Restful stay
Convenient location with attentive staff. Walking distance to a few dining options. In-house restaurant had delicious guacamole. Morning breakfast helped get the travel day off to a good start. Inside room with no noise disturbance!

Clean Reliable Hotel for overnight stay
Clean place. Booking includes breakfast. Didn't find midnight dining available though. The place is flanked by Sonesta and Marriott , so it looks like a complex of hotels. You can jog around the block when it's cool and dry.

An overnight stop with a chance to stretch your legs when the weather is right can be a welcome break. Good airport hotel with excellent front desk person
Spent 3 nights here. Very good hotel and convenient to getting around the LA area. Excellent front desk person, Kenya. It's nice when you check in and a hotel rep makes everything pleasant and easy for you after a long day. Breakfast was good. Parking is decent for the area at $24 when purchased through hotel website and included in/out access. Good choice for airport hotel.

Bugs found in room and smell of smoke/mildew in room
I checked out today, but I experienced a very concerning issue during my stay that I feel needs to be addressed. Last night, at approximately 1:30 a.m., while I was in the shower, I encountered a bug in the room. I immediately took a video of it so I could show management the following morning. After waking up today, I also noticed what appear to be bites on my thigh and neck. This situation is extremely unacceptable and concerning, not only for me but also for other guests staying at Hyatt Place. It is very disturbing to encounter a pest in a hotel room, especially when guests expect to stay in a clean and safe environment. Waking up with bites after seeing a bug in the room makes the situation even more alarming. Will never be staying there again, as I have emailed the head manager and haven’t heard anything back. Also as we entered our room it smelled like straight smoke and wet towels like mildew almost.. it was not pleasant at all….
Worst hotel with the Hyatt name anywhere in the world
A better hotel would be the YMCA. This is the worst run hotel of any Hyatt in the world. Nothing works: the shuttle--no; AI;no; nothing works. Run do not walk far from this dump.

Convenient location to attend concerts
Clean & modern. Breakfast is basic, but is good. Some issues kept it "average" during our stay. First, took a long while (over 30 minutes) to check in, as there was a computer issue -front desk handled it fine. Second, the Room. TV did not work, could not be fixed by maintenance.. Shower water flow can not be adjusted. It was a bit too strong.

Extra Charges!
Nice hotel, well kept, clean. I had an extra charge on my credit card a few days after my departure which I expected as I used the mini bar and had a beer. The extra charge is higher than the posted price for the beer. I did not receive notice, an invoice or other information explaining the calculation.

Nice hotel with a shuttle service and breakfast included
The shuttle arrived after about 10 minutes to take us to the hotel, the greeting at check in was warm and friendly with no waiting. The room was clean and comfortable with enough space for 4 people. We ate out as the hotel food prices were more than we wanted to pay. Breakfast was adequate with a choice of fruit, cereals, waffles and a basic cooked selection of options such as eggs, bacon, sausages and hash browns. The hotel pool is small, which didn't matter during our stay as only a small number of people used it and it was a welcome distraction to fill our day waiting for our next flight. Check out was straightfoward and the shuttle bus was waiting outside on the hour as noted on the hotel board. There was also a QR code for monitoring the shuttle arrival times. The driver was very helpful checking each persons terminal and making sure everyone got off at the correct one.

Be-ware of pre-pay Booking
I pre-paid and booked a night in error and when I called to correct the date the hotel denied my request. Kept my money and I had to book and pay for another room at my expense. I would have accepted a credit for a later date or, preferably I would've liked to change the date to the correct one. The hotel was clean, the staff was kind and the breakfast was satisfactory.

Great experience!
This hotel is clean and well-maintained. The staff is super friendly. The pool works well. Note that the spa pool is not very hot during the summer. This place is perfect for a nice and easy stop during our family road trip. If you want to be away from the hustle of the strip and just have a quiet, easy stay, this is the place.

Clean and comfortable place to stay
We had a great stay at this comfortable Hyatt near the airport. Rooms are good size for family of four and comfortable. The hotel has a great bar area downstairs with a pool table that my teens enjoyed. Convenient shuttle to the airport.

My New Favorite Hyatt Hotel in the great LA area!
The Hyatt Place LAX/Century Blvd is now one of my favorite hotels in the Great LA Area and I will DEFINITELY stay there again. I was only there for one night but it was clean, comfortable, and has great amenities and a truly wonderful staff.

I am in so much pain from sleeping on the worst sofa bed ever.
Room was stuffy and had a weird smell. Sofa bed was so uncomfortable that my arm had been sore since the morning that I left and still in pain from it. I was not satisfied with this particular Hyatt hotel or their staff.

This has been my favorite Hyatt stay so far. The room and amenities were exceptional. I appreciated the airport shuttle. The driver was very kind. Overall, great stay.
