Pet Policy

Hyatt Place Jacksonville / St. Johns Town Center is a pet-friendly hotel. For those staying 30+ nights, a fee will be charged at the hotel’s discretion.

Fees:

1 to 6 Nts: The Fee is $100, Regardless of Duration ($100 total)

For Stays exceeding 6 nights there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total) 

For stays beyond 30 nights any additional fee will be at the hotel's discretion.

Weight limits:

One dog: 50 lbs

Two dogs: 75 lbs combined

The Fee covers this and any exceptions are at the hotel's discretion.
