Happy with our stay
Stayed a couple of nights. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We were approached each day inquiring if our room was acceptable or if we needed anything. Would stay here again. Hotel outdated, but clean. I believe they have some upcoming renovations.

The staff made the difference
This was a nicer stay than I thought it would be. I picked it because I needed to be up early to catch a flight, but I ended up really impressed with the staff. When I first arrived the lady at the front desk helped me get a Lyft to a nearby restaurant and didn’t charge me for it because it was within 3 miles. After that she helped me check in early so that I could get ready for a wedding. The room was very spacious and was clean. The shower had plenty of pressure and the hot water was actually hot. The bed was comfy as well. The shuttle was available at 4 am and the driver was a very nice guy who spoke to all of the people on the bus about where we were going and our stay. Overall, I arrived with medium expectations of an airport hotel and left very impressed. Thank you Hyatt staff!

One night
Other than the mysterious red wet spot on the rug in the room, this stay was satisfactory to what it was meant for. We had an early flight the next day. Dropped off our bags, went to dinner about a mile away, had some ice cream, and went to Walmart. We returned to the room, took showers in the clean bathroom and snuggled up on the clean crisp sheets. The only thing I don't like about hotel sheets is that they don't use fabric softner and so the smell of a dryer was embedded in the sheets and blankets. Otherwise, great place to stay by the airport. Also be ready to be lectured about booking through Expedia instead of straight through them "just because it's cheaper, doesn't mean they can help you if something goes wrong". I explained that I have never had a problem through Expedia and was told "next time just book through us". She was nice about it but not sure what the point was. Also, we had a quiet room. No disturbance, easy access to ice machine and elevator.

Great Location for Families
Great for families, safe and quiet location. Grandchildren enjoyed the pool and gym facilities. Close to shopping, restaurants and airport

Best Experience!
100 all the way around from staff to room to cleanliness to breakfast to location and most of all value for amenities! As a former hotel employee, this hotel offers more for price than many others I have worked at in NC.

Dirty Rooms
Rooms not cleaned and maintained. Stayed her many times before and this will be the last. Need to do better and ensure there is deep cleanimg.

Would stay here again for easy airport access.
Easy to get to the airport. Clean rooms. Quiet. Check in was a little clunky with the area right next to the food and beverage area that was very busy. Intersection construction made leaving early in the morning a little harder but had nothing to do with the hotel.

Better than expected
Very friendly staff that went above and beyond for my mom and I. The handicap spots were taken already so I had to go find other parking and the lady that checked us in assisted my mom to our room as well as carried her bags for her while I was gone. Never had that happen anywhere else. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place but could use updated furniture
Nice but could use some maintenance. Worn and torn furniture in lobby and breakfast area. No water in the rooms like most places have. Plenty of parking but you charge too much for extended parking.

A jewel of a hotel worth a visit
It's a jewel hidden in hard-to-find place. But I was pleasantly surprised once I arrived at the hotel. A good combination of beauty, great room design and cleanliness. A study table and sofa were available in a room designed to look like a second room. Breakfast was great. I wish I stayed longer.

Amazing Hotel Experience
The room was very spacious, it was like an apartment instead of a hotel room. The staff went above and beyond for their customers. They picked us up at airport in record time, offered great recommendations for shuttle to cruise and return. The staff stored our luggage and drove us to the mall when we were waiting for our room to be ready. They assisted us us with bringing luggage to our room and back. They assisted my mom when she needed assistance with her wheelchair and were very friendly to converse with. I recommend this place to everyone.

Good location for Conference
Love the location and the staff was cool. I rented the conference room for a church event. All the things I needed was given.

Pleasantly surprised
This hotel is a definite must return. First the front desk agents were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean beautiful and comfortable.

No respect for our Family
Be careful they will remove you and your family from the hotel even if you have paid for your room and show proof. The system was constantly down and our air conditioner kept going in and out.
