Parking Policy
Hotel Parking Fee is $27.50 (+ Tax) per night, limit 1 vehicle per room. Fee includes full-service Valet Parking & access to Golf Cart Shuttle (Vilano Pier & Vilano Beach access only). Parking for trailers, RV’s, busses & oversized vehicles not permitted.
Minimum Age Check-in Policy
Hyatt Place St. Augustine / Vilano Beach strives to provide our guests with a safe and comfortable stay. In order to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, we have implemented the following check-in policy:
- All guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in to our hotel.
- Guests will be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
- The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation.
- Any guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for their behavior and any damages incurred during their stay.
- We reserve the right to refuse check-in to guests who do not meet the age requirement or who fail to provide a valid ID.

Pet Policy
Bring your beloved canine companion to our dog-friendly hotel in Vilano Beach. The accommodations at Hyatt Place St. Augustine / Vilano Beach are the ideal way to kick up your paws and lounge in our comfortable rooms after all those walks around town.
Pet Fees:
For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).
For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).
For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.
Weight Limits:
One dog: 50 pounds
Two dogs: 75 pounds, combined
All dogs must be housebroken.
Housekeeping Policy
For your comfort, light stayover service is provided every other day, with a full service every fourth day. If you’d like additional service, please let us know by 11:00 am the same day, and we’ll be happy to assist.
