09.20.26 Stay - Hyatt East End Riverhead
This property is run well with 1 exception. If the house is full of guests, extend breakfast, even if its a Monday, until 10 a.m. Other than that, I would stay here in the future & recommend it to others.

Amazing Property & Staff!!
Great property & location! Amazing onsite staff, went above & beyond to be friendly, kind & helpful. Helped make our weekend for a friend's wedding an awesome experience! Would definitely go back!

Excellent hotel
Great quiet hotel if you are going to the Hamptons, right in the middle of the North and the South edges of Eastern Long Island.

Wonderful Hotel! It’s definitely worth the trip!
Entered the hotel and was greeted by the front desk staff. Looking around the hotel was well kept and clean. The room was very clean and smelled wonderful went we walked in. The bed was very comfortable, lots of clean towels. Only complaint about the room; there was no fresh bottle water to make coffee/tea. Never stayed in a hotel that didn’t provide that before, therefore we had to go out and buy some from the store. Refused to pay for it downstairs when it could’ve been provided. Loved that they have two pools one inside and outdoors. It’s great that they have you a discount for the aquarium next-door and they provide pamphlets for wineries, activities and restaurants. This is my third time staying there and I will definitely return again before the year ends. It’s a nice mini get away for a few days to relax. FYI it’s also kids friendly. Saw so many adorable little ones. Will definitely recommend for a girls weekend, family trip, and couples getaway . It’s also great for business trip as the room I stayed in had a good solid desk to work.

Riverhead meets East End
Lovely location on the Peconic River, convenient access to all the fun things eastern Long Island has to offer, perfect for families with kids with two pools, breakfast was great, main street location walkable to restaurants and cute shops, super nice and accommodating staff! We really enjoyed our mini Long Island vacation!

Great breakfast.
Great breakfast. Clean, nice hotel. Spacious rooms. A little pricey, but it's par for the course for this area. Would stay again.

Nice Weekend On the North Fork
Hotel is very nice. Staff is very friendly and attentive. We had a king room , it was spacious and very clean. Bed and pillows were so comfortable, room smelled nice and the A/C worked great! Hotel is a great location , within proximity to great local restaurants and the Suffolk Theater. Hotel also has an outdoor bar/restaurant which is cute and convenient in the summer. Pool area outside is a nice touch next to the bar. Hotel overlooks a marina and is next door to the Aquarium, so it is great for a little family escape with or without kids!

Great experience. Helpful staff at front desk even though hotel was sold out and there was always someone at the front desk.

Enjoyable experience
Clean hotel. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff. Good family environment with separate indoor & outdoor pools, beautiful marina to view, food truck with live music at marina.

Great place to stay with family
I was very pleased with our stay, the family really enjoyed the amenities, would definitely return. The rooms were clean and we had enough towels for the whole family (not always the case in some hotels). The pools were great and the fact that there was an indoor pool, it kept the kids occupied even in the rain!

Relaxing
The Hyatt is in a beautiful location on the water in Riverhead. The room was awesome the restaurants were great . Staff amazing!

A gem
Our stay exceeds my expectation. Always greeted with a smile. The location was accessible, area is walkable to the boardwalk, park and aquarium. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast service fulfills expectation, the dining area cleanliness was maintained. Would recommend staying here.

Weekend getaway
Great experience. Nice low key hotel. Centrally located. Two pools.. indoor and outdoor.. added plus to the amenities. Great customer service! Friendly and welcoming!

vacation to see family
we have stayed here a number of times, never disappointed , great rooms and convienent to many attractions AND FAMILY. Also view of the water.

Convenient location
Traditional Hyatt Place rooms - very clean but showing some wear - peeling wallpaper in Room 327. Breakfast good - eggs, bacon, potatoes and French bread. Starbucks coffee. Nice bar behind hotel with music overlooking bay. Jerry and the mermaid restaurant very popular for seafood.

Great location and property except for parking
Overall a great propert y conveniently located in town where dining and shopping are easily accessible. Parking was an issue at the hotel and had to park across the street. This might be incovenient for guests with luggage or small kids since this is right on main street and lots of traffic.

1 Night Staycation Spring Break Trip
I was vey pleased with my trip to the Hyatt East End. I wanted to do something special with my two daughters, ages 7 and 10 for spring break but didn’t want to travel far. We had a one night stay. My room was ready for me when I got there at 10:00 am. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and huge. The girls had a fabulous time in the pool. They also had a free bug encounter event the night we were there which was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed our stay immensely and definitely will be back for another “staycation”. It was perfect for what we were looking for!

Great Find in Riverhead, NY
Clean, well maintained hotel. Nice size room for a few nights. Good daily on-time breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Good to great nearby restaurants.

Great hotel!
Amazing hotel and staff was very accomodating, rooms were extremely clean and the layout is awesome. Stayed here for a friends wedding that was next door and they allowed us to all go back to the lobby after the wedding. Highly recommend
