Pet Policy
Hyatt Place East End is a dog-friendly hotel, so feel free to bring your canine friend along on your next visit! We just ask you to review our pet policy and guidelines below:
FEES:
For guests staying up to six nights, there is a $100 nonrefundable pet fee.
For stays from seven to 30 nights, there is a $100 nonrefundable pet fee plus a $100 cleaning fee. Fees do not include taxes.
For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact hotel.
To ensure maximum comfort for all of our guests, following the departure of a guest and their pet, there are certain steps we must take to ensure the suite is clean and free from possible allergens. We deep clean carpets, drapes, bedspreads and other linens, and fumigate the suite. For this reason, we add the nonrefundable pet/cleaning fee to the account during check-in.
WEIGHT LIMITS:
We allow dogs weighing 50 pounds or less, and a maximum of two dogs weighing a combined 75 pounds or less per room during your stay.
GUIDELINES FOR DOG OWNERS:
All dogs must be housebroken. Dogs must be on leashes when in public areas. Pets are not allowed in the food service areas and pool areas. Your pet must be confined in a carrier if left unattended during the cleaning of your room or you can arrange a time for our staff to clean the room at a time when you can remove your animal. Please note, guests may be asked to leave if repeated instances/complaints of barking. Please call our hotel at (631) 208 0002 prior to your arrival to let us know you’ll be bringing your dog(s).
Credit Card Policy
A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax and an additional $50 per night for incidentals.
DEBIT CARD USERS: There is a $50 PER NIGHT authorization placed on your card at check-in to account for any incidental charges you may incur including but not limited to food & beverage charges. Funds will be held as a ‘pending charge’ and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7-10 business days after check out, depending on your banking institution.
Smoking Policy
Hyatt Place East End is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed in the public areas of the hotel or the guestrooms. The hotel will apply a $250 + tax cleaning fee to any guestroom that violates this non-smoking policy.
We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Please visit the Host Stand for details.
Housekeeping Policy
The safety, wellness, and wellbeing of our guests is paramount. Daily housekeeping is not an automatic service every day. We provide a light service after the second day and full service every fourth day during your stay. Daily housekeeping service can be requested during check-in or by calling the front desk the morning of the day you would like service. Items such as: towels, blankets, pillows, etc. can be requested at any time and provided by the hotel staff.
Electronic Vehicle Charging Station
At Hyatt Place Long Island/East End, Tesla Wall Connectors and Universal Wall Connectors are available for electric vehicle charging – additional fees will apply.
Check In Policy
The minimum age to reserve a guest room is 21 years old. A person of the minimum age must be present at check-in and be a registered guest in the room. Every guest checking in must have a valid driver’s license with them to verify their identity.
Quiet Hours
Please be mindful of other guests and honor quiet hours between 9:00pm - 10:00am. In addition, we have 24 hour courtesy hours as well.
