Excellent customer service at this hotel! We booked this hotel as the preferred hotel for guests at our daughter’s wedding, and from start to finish, was overjoyed with the service, responsiveness, and location. The polite, caring sales dept was the original reason we booked with them. They were so easy to work with! Diana and Libby monitored the bookings and kept us updated all along. On the day of arrival, we were assisted with distributing our gift bags without any issues. They gave our daughter and husband sparkling grape juice knowing they did not drink, along with a nice charcuterie board in their room (as well as one with a bottle of wine in our room too!) I wish I could name every staff member from the bartenders, front desk, and cleaning staff, because our guests raved about how polite and friendly everyone was to them! I am so grateful for their excellent service. Would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay or a planned event. You will be pleasantly surprised!

If you want a quality stay, this is the hotel for you. The GM is hands on, staff well informed and housekeeping top notch. We have stayed many times and will again.

Overall condition of hotel is pretty good. Rooms are renovated and to standard. Service is poor including management. F&B was actually super good

Overall it was a good stay. We decided to stay outside of the city due to overall cost and the free parking that this hotel offers. Uber rides between the hotel and downtown were between $12-$20 each way and this was a great option for us. This is a very nice, clean hotel and the staff is super friendly. Our biggest disappointment was breakfast. We arrived a little later than we normally do, at around 8:30am. The breakfast had been completely wiped out and not restocked. There was food all over the counters and even toast on the floor. We waited a bit and didn’t see anyone around tending to the area. There was also no waffle maker which was disappointing. We ended up not eating the free breakfast either day and ended up eating outside the hotel both mornings. This would not deter me from staying here again as it could have just been an off day. I will say, no fault of the hotel, but we did have someone try to gain access to our room around 1:30am which was quite disturbing and nerve wracking. Other than that, the area seemed safe and it was quiet. Recommendation - If you like Blue’s music, we highly recommend going to the Slippery Noodle Inn but would probably recommend eating dinner elsewhere prior. This was our first trip to Indianapolis and we really liked the city!

This hotel made my trip easy. Nice clean rooms with a great breakfast, an easy to use shuttle, and friendly staff. Comfortable meeting spaces, plenty of space, and not far from downtown.

Have stayed at this facility in the past and I’ve always had a very nice experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice clean hotel, staff very friendly, room was comfortable. Location is ok if you have a car, nothing around the hotel except the gas station across the street. Shuttle is available to take you across the highway where there are many restaurants and lots of other stores. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location and clean property. Staff was helpful and the shuttle runs 24/7. Room was in good condition. Great stay no complaints. Breakfast was solid

The lady at the check-in desk was rude and unfriendly, even after she made an error in our room placement. She was also working the restaurant and said "I cannot make that drink (2 ingredients) and just left us there. No one else to serve us food or drinks. Will NOT stay again

Check in process was a breeze young lady at the desk was pleasant and professional. I needed a room Close to the elevator because of a medical issue and she made sure I had it. Hotel was clean and well maintained.

The Hyatt Place at Indianapolis Airport is top-notch. Location to the airport is fabulous with a gas station directly across the street making it easy to fill up a rental car just before returning to the airport. We tried a new Brand of hotel this time hoping that we'd experience a step-up from our normal brand of hotel. We were not disappointed. As there is always room for improvement, I would suggest purchasing some new bath towels. They were clean but a little rough on the skin. It's the details that can make a place really stand out. As others have reviewed, the front desk staff is absolutely phenomenal. They truly make you feel welcomed and a part of the Hyatt family.

I'm not going to lie, I stayed here because it was one of the cheapest hotels I could find on a weekend the town the wedding I was going to was in was inundated with football fans. So I expected a commensurate level of quality and service (and noisy football fans). Well! Let me tell you! 11/10 stars on everything! Starting with Monica at the front sending me the shuttle and telling me how to get to it from inside the airport, to the restaurant being open for people with late flights and late check ins, to the amazing bed that didn't freeze my butt off like so many do, everything was perfect. The entire staff, with Monica heading up the impression, treated me with unparalleled kindness. And it was super quiet, too!

As always I have an excellent stay at this Hyatt Place. Staff are attentive , 24 hour shuttle service , great on site restaurant, nice clean rooms, what not to like

We have stayed at airport hotels before to simply have a place to sleep before a flight. Often, the facilities are tired and dated and the staff seem disinterested in making a stay anything more than a stopover. The Hyatt Place Indy Airport, however, was definitely a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The room was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Our flight was at 6 am so leaving at 4:00 we expected no breakfast, however, we were very surprised to find lots of grab and go, fresh options. Overall, we had a very short, but excellent stay. Will definitely return when flying from Indy. Thanks Hyatt Place!

Everything was top notch. Customer service by all staff was beyond excellent. Anticipated our needs and volunteered to help. I appreciate a well run organization.

This hotel was really wonderful as well as the staff. The hotel was clean and we didn't have to wait long for the shuttle at the airport. We also enjoyed the gym as it had plenty equipment. The breakfast was very good and had items that met our needs. We would stay at this hotel again.
