Credit Card Policy

A valid major credit card and government-issued photo ID are required at the time of check-in.  The name on the credit card and photo ID must match the name on the reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Guest Room Policy

Quiet hours are from 9 p.m.–8 a.m. Disruption may result in eviction of all nonregistered guests from the room and eviction of registered guests if noise persists.

Pet Policy

Your furry friends are always welcome at Hyatt Place Indianapolis Airport. All dogs must be housebroken. Dogs must be on leashes when in public areas. Pets are not allowed in the food service areas and pool. Your pet must be confined in a carrier if left unattended during the cleaning of your room or you can arrange to be present when your room is serviced.

Fees

For guests staying 1–6 nights, a $100 nonrefundable pet fee plus taxes will be administered. For guests stay 7–30 nights, a $100 nonrefundable pet fee plus taxes and an additional $100 cleaning fee will be administered. For guests staying 30 nights or more, please contact the hotel.

Weight Limits

There is a maximum of two dogs with a combined weight of 75 pounds permitted per room. Individual dogs may not exceed 50 pounds.
