Our largest indoor space at 4,165 square feet, the Ballroom holds a banquet or reception for 300 or theater seating for 500. It also can be divided into two sections for smaller events. The Ballroom features beautiful water views, and has state of art Audio Visual built into the room.

Featuring access to an outdoor patio and floor-to-ceiling windows for maximum natural light, the 3,020-square-foot pre-function space to the ballrooms makes a bright, lively setting for a reception of 120. Three windows double as garage doors that open out to our deck, for a true indoor/outdoor experience.

Ideal for smaller events, our Sunset South room measures 1,615 square feet including an airwall which can divide the room, ideal for breakout sessions. Features beautiful water views with built-in state-of-the-art Audio Visual.

Meeting Place 1 & 2 offer 1060 square feet of meeting room space, perfect for break-out rooms for your corporate event near Rehoboth Beach. An air wall can divide the space into equal rooms of 530 square feet, hosting 35 guests per room.

Perfect for a board meeting or break-out room, this 465 square foot space can accommodate up to 14 guests for your event near Rehoboth Beach.
