Pet Policy

Your furry friends are always welcome at Hyatt Place Chantilly/Dulles Airport-South.

*We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.

Fees

For guests staying 1–6 nights, a $100 nonrefundable pet fee plus taxes will be administered. For guests stay 7–30 nights, a $100 nonrefundable pet fee plus taxes and an additional $100 cleaning fee will be administered. For guests staying 30 nights or more, please contact the hotel. at +1 703 961 8160, ext. 0. Fees do not include taxes. To ensure maximum comfort for all our guests, following the departure of a guest and their pet, there are certain steps we must take to ensure the suite is clean and free from possible allergens. We deep clean carpets, drapes, bedspreads and other linens, and fumigate the suite. For this reason, we add the nonrefundable pet/cleaning fee to the account during check-in.

Weight Limits

There is a maximum of two dogs with a combined weight of 75 pounds permitted per room. Individual dogs may not exceed 50 pounds. All dogs must be housebroken.

 

Guidelines for Dog Owners

All dogs must be housebroken. Dogs must be on leashes when in public areas. Pets are not allowed in the food service areas and pool. Your pet must be confined in a carrier if left unattended during the cleaning of your room or you can arrange to be present when your room is serviced.

Credit Card Policy

A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax and an additional $15 per night for incidentals. DEBIT CARD USERS: There is a $15 PER NIGHT authorization placed on your card at check in to account for any incidental charges you may incur including but not limited to food and beverage charges. Funds will be held as a ‘charge’ and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 30 business days after check-out, depending on your banking institution.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed in the public areas of the hotel or the guest rooms. The hotel will apply a $250 + tax cleaning fee to any guest room that violates this nonsmoking policy. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Housekeeping Policy

The safety, wellness, and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is our top priority. In an effort to respect our guests’ privacy and ensure their comfort, we have adjusted standard daily guest rooms housekeeping services to provide service every third day during your stay.

Daily housekeeping service can be requested at the hotel during check-in or by calling the Host Stand 24 hours in advance for service the next day. In an effort to ensure your safety and well-being, periodic safety and well-being checks will still occur at Hyatt Place Chantilly.
