Pet Policy

Bring your four-legged friends to Wyoming, Michigan. Hyatt Place Grand Rapids-South is a pet-friendly hotel, so you can feel right at home. Pets must meet criteria and restrictions. View fees and requirements below.

Fees

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total). For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total). For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.

Weight & Other Restrictions

All pets must be housebroken.

A maximum of two pets per room are permitted.

Only pets weighing 50 pounds and less are permitted.

Pets must be accompanied by their owner at all times.

Pets cannot be left in the room unattended.

Pets exceeding restrictions or excluded are at the hotel’s discretion.

Minimum Age Policy

The minimum age to reserve a guestroom is 21 years old. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

Early check-in is available for a fee of $50.00, subject to availability. Late check-out is also available for a $50.00 fee and extends your stay until 2:00 PM, based on availability. Please contact the hotel with any questions.

Incidentals/Holds

During arrival, the hotel will authorize room and tax charges and an additional $50 per night, for any incidentals placed on the guest room. These authorizations post on your account as a pending transaction. Unused funds are released after departure and are typically available within three to five business days. Damages to Hotel Property will be assessed and charged at the hotel’s discretion. It is strongly discouraged to use a debit card, as the authorization will place a withdrawal on the account at the time of check-in.
