The City of Gainesville takes the safety of its residents and visitors very seriously; supporting this effort is the Downtown Ambassador Program. Downtown Ambassadors are dedicated to keeping downtown safe and welcoming, and can assist with requests for a safety escort to downtown destinations or to guest vehicles. Guests must be 18 or older to check into the hotel.
A credit card must be provided unless a credit card authorization form has been completed. To request an authorization form, please contact the hotel directly.
A valid credit card matching the name of the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax and an additional $50 per night for incidentals. Cash payments are not accepted.
