Package Fee Policy
We’re able to hold packages delivered to the hotel. The following fees would be added to your bill:
Package Fees:
- 1–5 lbs: $5 per package
- 5–15 lbs: $10 per package
- 15–25 lbs: $15 per package
- 25 lbs or more: $20 per package
Minimum Age Policy
21 years of age to check in.
A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room. Primary Guest must be at least 21 years old to check in at Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Airport - South & Cruise Port. ID must be shown at the time of check-in
Credit Card Authorizations
All credit card authorizations will only be accepted at minimum five (5) days prior to arrival for room and tax, including those e-processed through Sertifi. A credit card with matching valid ID is required at check-in for incidentals. For third-party payments when the credit card won’t be physically present at the time of check-in, please contact the hotel directly.
Incidental Policy
Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Airport - South & Cruise Port requires a $100 minimum incidental hold. A valid credit card with a chip must be provided at check-in with matching ID.
Pet Policy:
Our pet-friendly hotel welcomes you and your pups while you’re in Dania Beach, Florida. We allow up to two well-behaved, housebroken dogs per room so your pets can enjoy the stay just as much as you do. A small fee (inclusive of taxes) applies, and our team is happy to provide guidance on nearby parks, walking paths and pet-friendly spots around town.
FEES:
For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).
For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).
For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.
WEIGHT LIMITS:
One dog: 50 lbs
Two dogs: 75 lbs combined
Early Check-In/Late Checkout
Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability.
Early check-in fee: $50
Late checkout fee: $50
