Great experience
The hotel was much nicer than I expected. The staff was very friendly and the location was superb for restaurants and shopping. The rooftop pool was a nice added benefit.

I had an amazing experience at Hyatt Place Boca Raton! The room was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and comfortable. The breakfast area was also very clean, and the staff there were friendly and welcoming. The reception staff were especially wonderful—so friendly, helpful, and professional. From check-in to check-out, everything was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. 5 out of 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not The Best Stay
The property’s location is excellent, with easy access to numerous restaurants, beautiful beaches, and plenty of entertainment options. However, the property itself falls short of what I would expect from a Hyatt hotel in upscale Boca Raton. The rooms feel dated and are in need of updating. In addition, the hotel is currently undergoing construction, which we were never informed about prior to our arrival. Better communication regarding the renovations would have allowed us to make a more informed decision when booking our stay.

Louie Bossis
Very nice and near a FANCY Italian Restaurant called Louie Bossis. I was only there 1 night but will return. Location was good and it is about a 10 minute walk to Brightline. We took Brightline to Miami Marlins Game.

Not recommended
The accommodations were shabby, very worn, and didn’t come close to matching the price. Some staff were kind, but management had a noticeably guarded and defensive approach that made the overall atmosphere feel unwelcoming. Between the condition of the property and the level of hospitality, it felt much more like a 2-star hotel. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.

I love Hyatt's - ususally
The hotel location was great. THe hotel and room was clean and very nice. The breakfast was great - even the coffee. My only complaint would be that we were woken up by hammering at 7am - this was terrible and should not happen especially at a hotel.

Exceeded expectations
Clean hotel. Well apportioned. Great breakfast bar. Helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again. It was also in a great location, close to dining and the beach.

A great place to stay in Boca Raton
This is our 'go to' hotel when we have to travel to the Boca Raton area. The rooms are large and comfortable. The covered parking garage is appreciated. The breakfast offerings are wonderful, with a fresh fruit bowl, dried nuts & fruits, freshly made yogurt, muffins, two types of eggs, perfectly cooked bacon, etc. There are numerous restaurants close by for dinner. The front desk staff is friendly.

Great location for FAU visit
For a visit to FAU it was in a perfect location close to everything. The room was perfect for a family of three. The staff was kind and attentive to the needs of their guests.

Leaks, a cockroach, plus a broken air conditioner.
Here is my experience with the hotel: 1. My bathroom got flooded from a leak in the ceiling. They are redoing the 15th floor above, and a valve broke, which flooded my bathroom. I moved rooms. 2. Room #2: a cockroach ran across my desk as I was talking on the phone. I had to move rooms again so they could spray. 3. Room #3: the air conditioner did not work (it was 78 degrees in the room). I had to move rooms again. 4. I was there for a funeral. Yes, I moved 3 times. Four different rooms in 6 nights during an already emotional time. So, what did they do? Essentially, I got one night taken off the bill. 3 moves = 1 night for them. You decide if you want to stay there ... The staff was nice. They had sympathy for my situation. Too bad the management didn't.

Dealing with a ceiling leak, a pest issue, and a malfunctioning air conditioner is frustrating under any circumstances—but having to move rooms three times during an already difficult and emotional week for your family is completely unacceptable. You deserved a peaceful, seamless stay, and we severely fell short of providing that. While I am glad our front desk staff showed you kindness and empathy, I deeply regret that our management’s initial response failed to properly address the scale of these disruptions. We know we cannot undo the stress you experienced during your trip, but we are committed to making things right. Overall Very Good, but Needs Updating
Location in Boca was great. Breakfasts were excellent. Staff was very helpful and pleasant at all times. Housekeeping worked hard, rooms were clean BUT rooms and hallways need updating. Hallways need better light, and rooms need updating. Furniture was very worn, and paint needed. Though the rooms were very clean. Ceiling tiles were loose and concerning, chipped paint, stains on couches and carpets, beyond what daily housekeeping could keep. Front desk worked hard to get me and my friend a room that felt safe and in better condition than the first two rooms.

Beautiful, clean Hotel in a very convenient location
Always a great experience when staying at Hyatt Brand Hotels & Downtown Boca never disappoints. There was a group of 13 people down there for an event and everyone had a great time.

Beautiful Boca at the Hyatt
This Hyatt property is much better than average and I recommend giving it a try. Parking is expensive (at least for me) at $25 per night. The breakfasts were really good and the staff are approachable and competent. The view of the pool and ocean from the 12th floor was epic.

Excellent Boca Raton downtown location!
As a loyal Hyatt member, I was especially impressed by my stay at Hyatt Place Boca Raton/Downtown. The staff was genuinely warm and welcoming, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for enjoying downtown Boca Raton. The entire experience exceeded my expectations and reflected the quality and hospitality I value as a Hyatt member. I look forward to returning.

Just ok...but served its purpose.
Hotel was conveniently close to Brightline station. It was a place to sleep while visiting nearby family. Hotel informed us they had to cut power to rooms for an hour in the middle of the night, and they ended up not needing to do it. But, they never took into consideration guests that need power to sleep for medical devices. CPAP. Attitudes on some (not all) late night crews were very "eye roll" at the guests. And, housekeeping skipped over our room. So, late at night, they dropped sheets off expecting us to make our own bed. The positive is sleep was comfortable. Shower was not that strong pressure but ok. AC worked well and they had a cool soft serve vending machine the kids liked to use to get ice cream. Didnt use the gym (it was ok) or the pool or the free breakfast, so can't really comment there.

However, we would like to address your concerns regarding the scheduled maintenance. Our team strives to be as transparent as possible, which is why you were informed of the potential temporary power outage at check-in. At that time, guests were given the option not to check in and to choose alternative accommodations if the scheduled maintenance did not align with their personal or medical needs. While we completely understand and sympathize with medical conditions that require specialized equipment like a CPAP machine, we are a standard hotel and not a medical institution; therefore, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted power or provide medical-grade backup systems during necessary facility updates. We do apologize if you felt any member of our late-night staff lacked empathy when addressing this, as professionalism is always our goal. Additionally, we regret the oversight by our housekeeping team regarding your room service and that you had to make your own bed late at night. This has been shared with our executive housekeeper to ensure our service standards are strictly met moving forward.
Hyatt place Boca Raton stay in June
I highly recommend the Hyatt place in Boca Raton. Great location. The hotel was clean. The pool was very clean and comfortable. Because the pool is on the seventh floor, there is a nice breeze. The gym is clean. I enjoyed the peloton bike rides.

Loyal Customer Best Place ever!
Staff is very friendly and helpful they are always there to help. The breakfast is superb, I wish they would have turkey bacon or sausage for those of us that don't eat pork. Most hotels have that. They are very clean which is important when you travel.

Upbeat down town with many options and shops
The location in downtown Boca is great; it used to be nicer when the little patio tapas place down the street was open, but they closed it to make way for another hotel.

Florida Visit
This was a very enjoyable stay. A mini vacation that was very much needed. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the entire stay.
